Crows
Dark shadows against the sky.
Ominous tones with every cry.
Crows.
Guardians of winter, soot black against the snow.
Crows.
Feeding where the warbirds fly.
Feeding as the people die.
Crows who watch and judge our sins.
Crows get us all in the end.
