Future

I literally can't wait until I have a care free black family where we go to African festivals.
I feel like i will be the kind of mum who tells her children ancient African fables and I will probably always Bantu knot my child's hair and teach them to love their skin and how amazing their melanin is so they won't grow up hating it, I will try my best to find books and toys where they see themselves in the characters because representation is so important.
I will probably also buy them little dashiki tbh.
