I hear whispers in the night
They say many things
The whispers are faint and haunting
They stay with me all day
They say you are not good enough
That you are nothing in this world
Just a ghost that no one will ever see
Forever alone
The whispers are real
We all hear them
Some not as often
But they are always lurking
In the shadows
They speak softly in your ear
Telling you the lies of the world
Do not be like me
Don't listen to the whispers
