I like the clues more than you.

→ Still minutes after finding Margo, the group is talking to Margo but she is surprised about them finding her, and quite frankly unhappy that they did. She makes a few remarks and seems unfriendly about seeing her friends again. Radar is disappointed in Margo and tells her that he's only ever gotten to know her through the clues that she left but now he's disappointed.

→ I think the essence of this quote is that we may like the versions we have created in our head way more that the people they are based on. And sometimes you have to remember, just like John Green said, that these versions of people aren't the way they actually are. Sometimes you get lost in the idea of someone you picture being perfect when in reality they are far from it.
