I have met other Tardises and they were nice to talk to, but this was before the Great Time War. Remember that the Great Time War is a fixed point in time, so I can go to places before and after it, but I cannot go in it. All the Tardises, besides me and the Master's, have perished in the Time War. I sometimes go to Transeloor, which is the second graveyard planet, to pay my resoects... Trenselore is the first, and I am forbidden to go there, since that is where the Doctor and I are buried...
