That is an easy one to answer. One of the Doctor's rules is "Always wait five and a half hours..." I cannot do .5 questions and answers, so every 5 will do! (Psst, I answer all questions, just the numbers change.) And I am a Time Traveling Blue Box! I time traveled into the past, present, and future to give you these answers! Hence, why the numbers might go backwards as well! ;)
