Yes, I did stock the Doctor's wardrobe. In whatever regeneration he is in, I automatically know what clothes he likes to wear. So, I stock the wardrobe with those.
The ninth Doctor loves leather, so I stocked his wardrobe with all things leather.
The tenth Doctor loves his blue suit and trench coat, so I stocked his wardrobe with those.
The eleventh Doctor loves his bowties and fezzes, so naturally, his wardrobe is full of them!
Also, the kitchen works the same way... I stock the Doctor's fridge with everything that he likes to eat, Bananas, Fish Sticks and Custard, Jammie Dodgers... etcetera, etcetera...
