Nicki POV

We finally pulled to Meeks mother birthday party and I seen kids running and adult walking around with drinks in their hand, and the DJ was playing old school and new school songs

I seen a food bar with different kinds of food and I seen a pool but no was I think it was just for decoration I also seen flame throwers and I seen Kathy in big gallons it was a cute party I like it

Meek got out the drivers seat and came and opened my door and helped me out and then went  and got Asia out the back seat and she was playing on my phone

As we were walking I seen my sister walk over to us

Na: hey y'all

Nicki and Meek: hey

Na: wait a minute meek you got her to come

Meek: yes but I wasn't easy I'm just glad she came (kissing my cheek making me blush)

Na: aww ain't that sweet

Nicki: I know

Na: but who's pink car is that

Nicki: oh mine I wanted to ride in it since I haven't rode in it in a while

Meek: and I had to drive a pink car

Nicki: I told you to let me drive (giggling)

Meek: yeah yeah

Na: come on the party just

We walked behind here and there were kids everywhere and asia saw them and want to play

Asia: play (pointing a the children)

Meek: you want to play

Asia: ywes

I looked over at the group of children and they were twice her size she is going to be the littlest out there and I do not want no one to hurt my baby but she acts just like big kids she's just too small

Meek: wait til we get over there and you can run and play all you want OK

Asia: otay

We walked over to the party and I found a seat at a table at the party

And meek put asia down and she stood in front

Nicki: now I'm going to be over here if you need me and don't go far OK

Asia: otay

Asia seen denim and ran in her direction

When she left meek sat right by side me and I laid my head on his shoulder and watched people dance with the music until meek spoke

Meek: you want something to drink

Nicki: you sure

Meek: what you want

Nicki: surprise me

He smirked at me and got from the seat and walked over drinks and the coolers

I sat there alone and didn't know where Na went I just watched then I seen meeks mother coming by so I decided not to look or make contact with her

But the more I felt her presence I felt the urge that something that was going to happen but I still sat in my seat waiting for meek to come back

Ms. Kathy: oh nicki I didn't think you would come

Nicki: I did (not looking at her)

Ms. Kathy: oh so meek had to meek you

Nicki: no he didn't (praying meek would hurry back)

It was just a awkward silence both the of us but she was about to walk away then someone bumped into her really hard and the drink in her hand spilled in my face, my hair, and my clothes and drink had alcohol in it so when it spilled it a little got in my eyes and I screamed in shock and embarrassment and I couldn't see but I hear shuffling and a voice

Meek: what happened to her

Ms. Kathy: someone bumped me and my drink accidentally spilled on her

I felt meek grabbed me

Meek: nicki baby are you OK

Nicki: meek my eyes burn so bad I need something

Ms. Kathy: nicki I'm so sorry do you need anything

I didn't answer

Meek POV

Meek: yea can you get a wet rag

Mama Kathy: bring her inside

I don't why my mother like this I think she warming up to nicki

I help nicki up from her chair and carried inside the house and my mom handed me a cold wet rag to put on nicki eyes and a towel for nicki because her clothes got wet

Mama Kathy: nicki I'm so sorry

Nicki: its OK (nodding her head really fast)

Nicki took the rag off hurt eyes and tried to open her to see but all she could do was squint

Nicki: meek where my baby

Meek: outside

Nicki: you go get her I'm ready to go

Meek: OK when I get back we leaving OK (kissing her cheek)

Nicki: OK (putting the rag back on her eyes and bending over in the chair)

I walked out the kitchen and out the door to look for asia

Nicki POV

I was sitting in a chair in the kitchen and I started to slowly get my vision back I still couldn't see and I smelled like someone poured two gallons of vodka on me and I was soak and it felt like a some got in my hair

And she had a big ass cup and it was full I can't believe that actually happened but suddenly I was took out my thoughts by a voice Meeks mother

Ms. Kathy: nicki are you OK

Nicki: yeah I'm fine I'm fine

Ms. Kathy: nicki I'm really sorry

Nicki: I said it's fine

Ms. Kathy: no nicki it really isn't fine

Nicki: what you mean

I looked up at her I could barely see her but I could see a little of her

Ms. Kathy: nicki I'm sorry for how I treated you at the suit and tie event meek plan, I'm sorry about calling you out your name, I'm sorry for judging you about your child's father and what you do for a living, I'm sorry for making you cry and making you felt bad

At this point I didn't know what to say because I thought this woman didn't even have a heart but she does

Ms. Kathy: I'm genuinely sorry for being rude and cruel to you without getting know I see that you make my son happy and he does the same for you and I really want to keep it that way do you forgive me.
