Meek POV

I pulled in front of the hospital and I didn't want to cause a scene so I took nicki out the back of the car and carried her bridal style and all no where I seen cameras flashing and people started asking me questions I couldn't make out I just hurried in the hospital and I seen doctors and nurses running through the hospital

Meek: can someone please help her

No one stop what they was doing

Meek: HEY (yelling everyone stop what they doing and look at us) CAN SOMEONE FUCKING HELP HER AND STOP STARING AT ME

Soon as I said that a doctor whispered to a nurse and she ran to the back and the doctor towards me and started asking me questions and I started to get frustrated the nurse can back with to male doctors and stretcher the doctors put Nicki on a stretcher and roll Nicki to the back

I stood there just shocked and worried I only had one thing on my mind was Nicki it was like nothing else matters
I took out of my though when I felt someone kept tapping me

Meek: WHAT (yelling by accident)

When I yelled the nurse jumped back

Meek: I'm sorry I'm just frustrated right

Nurse: no its fine but I'm going to need you to fill out this form
Meek: do you know when I can see her

Nurse: probably when your finish filling out this form they should let you back

Meek: ight (taking the form from her hand and to the waiting area)

As soon as I sat down people staring right at me then this little boy came up to me and ask for my autograph I wasn't in the mood but I didn't want to be mean either so I just signed the people then people wanted to take pictures and shit like damn we in a fucking hospital

Nurse: sir we going have to move you yo the private part of the hospital

I think they notice the commotion

Meek: OK and here I'm finish with this (handing her the form)

Nurse: thanks follow me down this hallway

We walked down a long hallway and it was quiet until she spoke

Nurse: thats your girlfriend

Meek: yea

Nurse: oh

After she said that there was an awkward silence

Nurse: OK you can sit in here until they come get you ok

Meek: Ok

I sat down and waited for someone to come get me but it seem like it was taking forever and the longer it took my mind was filled with more negative thoughts but I had to be positive and pray for the best

2 hours later

So I sat and waited be no one came it so I started pacing the floor it was like seconds turned into minutes and minutes turned into hours like wtf

I getting so mad I wanted to punch something but I had to restrain myself

I was so caught up trying not to get angry I didnt hear anyone calling my name until I turned around and seen a male doctor walk in

Doctor: Your the family of Onika Maraj

Meek: yes I am

Doctor: ok sir are you ready to go back

Meek: yes but first I want to know whats wrong with her

Doctor: first she passed out from starvation and being sleep deprived

Meek: ok

Doctor: and in her condition that stuff is putting the both of them in a major health risk

The both of them maybe I heard him wrong

Meek: what do you mean them

Doctor: well sir Onika is 4 weeks pregnant and she at a high risk of having a miscarriage if she dont get her weight back up in a couple of weeks

Meek: you playing right

Doctor: sir this is no joke here is her sonogram (handing it to me)

I took it from the doctors hand and stared at it in disbelief

Why would she hide this from me

Meek: what her room number

Doctor: I could just take you up there myself

Meek: nah I'll do it myself whats her room number

Doctor: room number 204

Meek: thanks

Instead of catching the elevator I ran up the stairs because I was so mad why would she keep this from me

I walked down the hallway looking for her room number when I found it I just need to slow down and think about what Im going to say without saying something I regret

I walked in her room and she was looking the window

Meek: so when were you going to tell me

Nicki: what

Meek: when were you going to tell me

Nicki: tell you what

Meek: onika please don't play dumb with me

Nicki: I really don't know what youre talking about

Meek: This is what Im talking about (taking the sonogram out my back pocket)

I saw nicki grow wide

Nicki: ho..how did you g...get that (said softly and studdering)

Meek: why didnt you tell me

Nicki: because I..I was scared

Meek: nicki do you know your putting yourself at a damn health risk and the baby (trying to be calm as possible)

Nicki: I didn't mean for this to happen on purpose I just couldnt bring myself to that fact and it seem like everything on me shut down

Meek: but why were you scared

Nicki: scared you wouldn't accept me and the baby like we haven't been together for a year and Im pregnant so I just froze up and thought about the what ifs

Meek: nicki I accepted asia as my own child so why wouldnt I accept my real baby

Nicki: I wasn't thinking I just thought I could hide the fact while being mad at you

Meek: and where did that land you in the hospital with IVs and tubes all over you

Nicki: Im sorry (sounding like she was about to cry)

Meek: nicki youre ok I just wish I wouldnt known before all of this

Nicki: Im so sorry and I love you meek

I walked over to her and kissed forehead then I lifted her shirt a little and I could see a small baby bump I rubbed my hand on her stomach then I kissed her stomach

Meek: I love you too

Then I sat in the chair close to her bed I never been a father before but I take care of asia so I think I could do this and If its something I dont know I damn sure going top learn

Not my best because I was mad when I wrote this but enjoy
