Kai stared at Yoona, after her seemingly unbelievable remark

"What are you talking about?" Kai asked as he avoided eye contact

"Don't pay dumb with me Kai, for some reason you kept on looking lovingly at her"

And yet, Kai still couldn't utter a word. So Yoona could only rolled her eyes at him

"I wouldn't blame you though, Sooyoung has a playful charisma, which pretty much attracts suitors. I'm surprised she doesn't have an official mate yet" Yoona continued

"Wait, official?" Yoona stared at him at his sudden question, when he was just somehow thinking about his life a while ago

"Yeah, you don't know?"

"I guess Sooyoung hasn't fully explained everything" Yoona said as she sat down at the nearby bench

Kai only looked at her actions, Yoona tapped the space beside her but the tanned younger hasn't moved

She rolled her eyes and forcefully pulled him to sit down

"But in such terms, that was not mating at all. It's just imprinting with each other. and in your position, you imprinted on her, without her doing vice versa"

"Another thing, she can't fully be a mate with Xiumin and others whatsoever, if she doesn't do the 'do'" Yoona avoided eye contact with the mention of the topic

"Pabo" Yoona said as she smacked the back of the younger's head. "I'll leave you in thought, I need to go because Yuri needs my help." She said as she stood up

"Bye, Yoon" right on time, Sooyoung came with 2 Ice cream cones in her hand. "So, how'd it go"

"We couldn't think of a solution though" Kai said as he reached out for the other Ice cream

"Hey! Who told you i bought it for you?!" Sooyoung said as she turned away preventing the tanned boy from getting the sweet treats

Kai chuckled, as expected, Sooyoung was always like that. the brunette looked up to the sky with a frown and faced him again. "we should get going now"

"why so sudden, I want to buy some ice cream too" Kai said, trying to put back a smile on the other again, but sadly failed

"I'm serious, Kai. I'll treat you next time, I promise" Kai was starting to get worried, but he didn't have the time to ask why, since he was being dragged away
