Lay went inside the cafe, he wore a disguise of course

He looked around and finally saw Hyoyeon at the 2nd floor, not much people were there

"Sorry that I took so long" Lay apologized

"Look Lay, you're a really nice guy, but there's something you need to know" Hyoyeon has a really serious face on

And Lay could tell the the news aren't good, "I don't think it's going to work" Hyoyeon simply said

"why?" Lay, who is really stubborn, asked, "Lay, the reason why I answered, was because I thought that I'll move on from Jun Hyung" Hyoyeon answered

"and who is he?" Lay once again asked, "he's my ex-boyfriend"

"so all this time, I was just a rebound to your relationship that sunked" Lay stood up, some people looked at him, he bowed and sat down immediately

"I'm sorry Lay, but even if I do want to open up, I can't" Hyoyeon looked down, "why?"

"I'm arranged marriage alright, to Eunhyuk" Hyoyeon said, Lay stayed quiet, he is quite close to his hyung

"just tell me one thing Hyo, did you really open up to me?" he asked, Hyoyeon looked down and shook her head

Lay stood up and left the cafe

"that was harsh" Xiumin patted his back, "how about you Kai?" Lay asked

Kai explained everything, he also assumed that Yoona and Sooyoung had a fight, which is right

"I feel so sorry for you guys" Chen said, "we might as well check up on Sooyoung" Lay said

"why?" the 3 boys said, "I saw a very red mark on her cheek, Yoona must have slap her" Lay explained

the 4 of them went up stairs and knocked on Sooyoung's door

"Soo are you there?" Chen asked, no answer was heard

"let me try" Xiumin said, he kept quiet and sent a message,telepathy of course

*we will never stop* - Chen

it was no use now, she already blocked them, "we should probably leave her alone, let 's just stay at the practice room, I want to dance a little bit" Kai said

"fine, I might as well dance too" Lay said

They went to the dance practice, Xiumin also came along, Chen was too scared to mess up their beat

Suddenly Chen's phone rang, he received at text from... Tiffany

From: Tiffany
Hey Chen can you meet up with me at the park, I really need to tell you something

Chen jumped up from the couch, "guys I need to go, gotta meet Tiffany" he said and ran out the door

"Who is Tiffany anyway?" Kai asked, "the girl Chen's been courting" Lay said

"As I recall, Kris said that almost all of 9 girls we saw are dating except Sooyoung, Yoona, and Hyoyeon. I didn't hear a Tiffany girl being mentioned" Kai looked at Xiumin hyung, who agreed with him

"Really?" Lay said, "come to think of it, Kris may be right, because Taeyeon noona, Tiffany noona, Seohyun and Jessica noona always has training together. and he always wait for her" Lay said

"So if Tiffany noona" Kai was cut off by Xiumin, "noona?"

"Lay hyung did say noona, so that means she's older than me" Kai explained, "is she older than me?" Xiumin asked, Lay nodded in response

"Kai continue" Lay said, "if Tiffany noona is dating which means..." Kai looked up at Lay and Xiumin with wide eyes

"Chen is going to get dumped!" They all exclaimed, they panicked

"Hyung warn Chen hyung" Kai said, "I'm trying" Lay said while dialing Chen's number over and over again

Kai and Xiumin were jumping and waiting for Lay, "Ugh! He's not answering, he must've off his phone" Lay exclaimed

"Well there's only one thing to do" Xiumin looked at the both of them

Lay's POV

Xiumin hyung looked at me and Kai, we nodded in understanding

We lined up side-by-side and... slumped down at the couch

There's nothing we could do, he will be hurt anyway, we'll just wait for hin to come back

||Fast Forward||

4:00 pm, and he's still isn't here, I'm actually getting worried

"Hyung where is he?" Kai asked, "if we knew, then we should have told you about 30 minutes ago when you started asking" Xiumin scolded him, Kai pouted

Then we heard the door opened and crashed to the wall, "Chen, where were you?!?!" We all exclaimed

"Tiffany... Dumped me, she was dating Siwon all along" Chen heaved a sigh, and plastered a sad smile

"Hyung sit down and just emote with us" Kai patted his back, Chen nodded in response and sat down at the couch

"I can't believe it. It turns out Tiffany had a fight with Siwon that time, and she sad yes to me when I asked to court her, because she felt pity on me" Chen explained, and I can see a tear drop fell from his eyes

"how about me? she used me as a rebound" I said

"well aren't you guys even" Chen said, I saw a smirk form at the side of his lips, he wiped away the stray tear that was located at his cheek

"who?" Xiumin asked, Chen finally looked up and faced us, "you and Hyoyeon noona, you guys are even right" Chen said

I stood up, I'm thinking of running away from this situation, "w-what do y-you m-m-mean?" I stuttered I hate myself for doing so

"didn't you use her too?" Chen stood up and kept on stepping forward, and I do what any sane person will do, back away slowly

"hyung what does he mean?" Kai asked, "look Chen, I have no idea what you're talking about" I stood firm in my place, trying to convince him

"don't lie to me Lay, we've been friends for 17 years, and you think that I will keep a very dark secret of yours for that long, it has to come out" he smirked and circled around me

"please Chen, don't" I begged, "just tell them hyung" he said

"tell us what?" Xiumin asked, I sighed deeply, he took that as a yes to tell them, but that was not the signal, and I hate him for telling them

"Hyung,  just stop pretend. Don't even pretend" Chen started, "don't pretend what?" Kai asked

"that you used Hyoyeon noona as a rebound to forget your feelings to Sooyoung"
