four days later

g-dog asked me to pay a visit to him. he said something about thanking me for not ratting him out.

I open the front door and hear two thumps. I open the door slightly peeking my head out seeing the girl from next door holding her head while attempting to get up only to fall back down with a slight groan

" holy shit " I say going to pick her up.

I grab her arm and hoist her up. she stands up straight and when I let go of her she stumbles back, great.

She looks up at me and there I see 2 clear blue eyes staring up at me

I kind of zoned out until the door opens again knocking me out of my trance when the door smacks my back

"Ouch!" I annunciate each syllable to show how pissed I am

It was Debbie... She looks from me to the girl, whatever her name is, and then back to me.

"What the hell did you do to my friend!?" Debs shouts at me

"I hit her with the door" I say earning a furious look from Debbie " on accident!" I put my hands up in defense

"Whatever, come on addy, I'll take your bag" Debbie says.

The Zoe girl walks in the door, and I stop Debbie before she went in

"What's she doing here?" i  ask

"We're going out tonight" debs replies about to go back inside too.

I stop her before she gets the chance to go back in

"Wait a second, Mitchell's party?" I ask

"Yeah, why do you care"

"I'm going later too, see ya" I say and leave.

I wait in Debbie's room until she finishes showering. I showered at home.

She comes in a robe and her hair up in a towel.

"Okay now for the fun!" She smiles all giddy

I let a low chuckle in response

"I hear Adams going to be there" Debs said playfully.

I shrug in response

"oh come on I know you think he is hot!"

I give her a look, and she gives in

"fine fine, whatever, but we are going to make you look extra hot tonight!"

she pulls out a black tight dress and some heels.

" all black is the way to go!" she hands me them and I set them down so I can do Debbie's hair.

debs and I finished getting dressed and started walking downstairs. we passed by Fiona and waved goodbye.

"you girls be careful, okay" Fiona says, earning a nod from me and an eye roll from Debbie.

before we were out the door, lip stops us.

"hey Zo, your sister home?"

I shrug my shoulders and he's just runs out the door.

**later at the party

I just got into the door and immediately music pounded in my ears. I start looking around and spot Mitchell.

"Sup dog" I greet him.

"Hey man, look who's out of juvie" he says while giving me a bro hug

"Nah you should of seen me when I got out-"

"Yeah I know, I heard about the rows" Mitchell laughs

"Shut up white boy, so uh what you need?" I ask "I got some poppers and 6 ounces of beautiful maryjane"

"You're gonna be rolling in dough Gallagher" Mitchell congratulates "North side kids are here and they come racked with bills, they'll be eating out the palm of your hand"

"And the honeys will be eating of of somewhere else, yanahwuhimsayin" I tell him

"Ahhhh my man, well I'll see ya around, oh and by the way, Debbie's friend is looking fucking hot" After that Mitchell walks away. And leaves me to set up.

It's two hours into the party and I take a break from dancing with debs and walk along to see if I can get a drink.

I walk towards the garage where they have the fridge and ice chests with drinks

I picked up a beer from one of the ice chest and poked around for a bottle opener.

"Need one of these?"

I look up to see Debbie's brother. He looks different, better than when I first saw him.

I circle my finger around the top of my head to signal my hair

He runs his fingers through his hair and chuckles. "Ha, yeah I uh, I decided to get rid of the corn rows" he walks towards me soon looking down at me due to the height difference. He grabs my bottle and starts to open it with the bottle opener on his key chain. "Do I look better" he asks in a deep voice.

I look into his eyes and shrug.

"Zoe?" I heard Debbie's voice and look to the door "Come on, Adams looking for you" she says

I look back at Carl to see him a little angry, hm I wonder why.

Debbie walks out the door as I begin to follow

"Nice thighs babe" Carl says

I turn to look at him and wink at him before walking completely out the door.
