Shopping Time

I went straight to my bedroom and changed into my pajamas and crashed into my bed. It was 12:30 pm and I had college tomorrow. Being drop dead tired I didn't feel sleepy at all.
My mind replayed the details of day. I still couldn't believe I had met Luke and that too in the most unexpected way. At the end Josh's suggestion to search for new horizon wasn't in vain. I put on my headphones and played amnesia and 5sos lulled me to sleep.
I woke up feeling drowsy.
I had a new message from Luke.
'Hey! Morning'
I almost fell from my bed.
I had to bite the inside of my cheek from shrieking.
I immediately replied
'Hey ya! Morning! I thought u would hav forgotten me'
I received a reply instantly

I blushed crimson. The guy of my dreams had just complimented me.

I heard a tapping on my door.
"You awake? You have college dear" I heard my aunt.
"Yeah coming" I unwillingly typed

I got dressed and went to college.

"Shopping time!" Josh chimed.
So Josh took me to buy a dress.
She picked a red dress with plunging neckline.
"You will look drop dead awesome in it with your black hair and lightly tanned skin!" She said excitedly.

I chose a black short body con dress.
"Where did you get that!" She said eyeing my dress hungrily.
"Sorry babe it's mine" I said smirking.
I chose a matching pair of black pumps and bracelet.
I had five missed calls from Aakash and a message from Luke.
'I hav a surprise fr u'
'Wat?!' I replied back.
'Surprise ; p '
'U gonna leave me at a cliff hanger'
'I luv to trouble innocent gurls'
'Sadist ' I typed playfully. I knew he was enjoying himself seeing me troubled.
I instantly had a call from Luke while I was waiting for Josh to choose a dress for herself.
I nearly dropped my phone.
"Freak! Josh he's calling" I said all panicky.
"Talk to him idiot!"
'Hello?'
'Ummm..hey'
'So what's the surprise?' I asked excitedly.
'It's a surprise for you. I'm not disclosing it'
'You know what I have a ball to attend next week and your surprise thing wouldn't let me sleep so if I end up with eye bags you know I'll not mercy you'
I heard his light laugh at the other end.
'So yeah I'll be tagged a sadist then'
It was my turn to laugh.
'So you are going alone?' He asked nervously.
As much I wanted to say no so I could go with him, I reluctantly replied 'umm.. No. I'm going with my boyfriend.' I winced remembering I had 5 missed calls from Aakash.
'Oh....foolish of me to think someone so beautiful would be going alone'
'Bye then. See you soon' he sounded hurt.
'I'll be eagerly waiting for your surprise. Bye. Cya'
We hung up.
