The plane landed at 8:20 in the morning as Jeana and I got off. We headed in to get our bags.

"So how did you like your first day?" I asked Jeana as we waited for our bags.

"I was amazing. I cant wait to tell Tara who I met and show her the pictures."

I smiled.

"Eventhough everyday is not that eventfull, its one of many."

She smiled back.

"I dont care. Im just glad I got this job even if I just had to poke holes in the paper and file notebooks." She said as she grabbed her bag.

"Your better than that Jeana. You shouldnt settle for nothing less than that." I encouraged as I grabbed my luggage.

We headed to my car and put our things in the trunk.

"I cant wait to get home and see my daughter. We havent been seperated this long before."

"Awh, I bet she's waiting at the door for her mother."

"More like running up my phone bill." She said as she laughed.

"I cant wait till I have kids." I said as we closed the trunk and got in the car.

"Dont rush it, I love mh daughter but she's a handful." Jeana informed.

"I know its going to be overwhelming at first but I think its about time."

"I think you'll do good." She assured me.

"Thank you."

I drove down the street to Jeana's house.

"You know Paula.. I appreciate you not pointing out my lack of attire. Eventhough it was noticable on its own."

"Girl please."

"I know I have to get a new wardrobe but I cant afford one right now."

"Youre good. We'll take a shopping day soon. Shay and I do it all the time."

"Have you heard from Shay today?"

"No. Not Shawn either but I figured theyre still asleep. Plus Shawn was moving our stuff and I bet he was exhausted. He should be up for work in a little while. Come to think of it nobody has tried to reach me."

Jeana was quiet as I pulled up to her house.

"You need some help getting your bags?" I asked.

"No Im good. Here comes Tara now." She said as Tara jogged to the car, giving her mom hug.

"Hey Mrs. Paula!"

"Hey baby!" I responded.

Jeana handed Tara her bags and she went inside. Jeana came back to the passenger side of the car.

"Paula.."

"Yeah?"

"I forgive you.."

"Huh?"

"I love my sister and I told her her fait and I forgive you.."

I looked at Jeana in a weird way. I didnt know what she was talking but but I accepted. I didnt know but apprently she does.

I watched her walk away from the car and go into the house before I pulled away from the curb.

I dialed Shawn's number but it went straight to voicemail. He must be teaching a class. I thought to myself. I dialed Shay's number, it rung three times and went to voicemail

I kept driving as I headed to the new house. I had looked at it on the flight so I knew exactly what it looked like without even being there.

I was so ready to get there and see my husband it didnt make no sense. I smiled as I thought about Shawn and the life we had ahead of us. I also couldnt wait to tell him about my trip.
I turned the corner to my new residence and I could see the house ahead of me as I approached..
