More than friends

Welcome back to camp half-blood : Percy's perspective : part 1

Everything past so fast, the war, the pain, the sleep... I can't help but to feel tired al the time. But now, when Im home again... I can feel hope. Finally once, I do not have to save the world again. Were going to visit camp half-blood, after these weeks in camp jupiter I couldn't help but to miss my friends in camp half-blood, beside... Annabeth have started a project and planned to ask if Piper wanted to join. She said to me that her talents she got from Afrodite might help her design and stuff. I had nothing against it. We were almost there. I could feel the longing feeling that I had in myself for weeks now, especially now when  we were so close. Flashbacks from the first time I was on my way here, when grover and mom took me here, and she was taken from Hades. And then we were there. I drove up to the gates, they had a parking there, for the mortal parents if they would visit or if someone from camp jupiter would visit. I parked the car, stepped out and stretched my legs. The air in the forest was fresh. Wow, I really missed this place after al. I went to the other door and opened it for Annabeth, she had already packed down her tools and papers shed been working on during the car trip and was ready to step out of the car. "You remember this place? The first time you got here?" she smiled happily. "Yeah..." I mumbled. "Lets go then" she handed me my bags and took her own and we entered camp half-blood for the first time after the war.

Everything was better than I imagined, being away from this place so long only made me remember the grey days I had here but today was different. Demigods working together, satyrs running, doing work, everything was perfect. As we walked people stopped, turned their head to face us. A little kid approached to me. "Percy! Its really you!" He looked at me with big eyes. "Wait, do I know you?" I asked. "No! Of course not! Im a fan" he blushed. Incredible, now I had fans. A couple of kids, Athena kids started to talk to Annabeth, the kid was still in front of me. "Is there anything you want?" I asked again. "Well, could I have an autograph?" He handed me a block with a pen. Surprised, I opened it up. Pictures of the kid with, what I guessed, other friends was showing up. They seemed to have a happy time together. For some reason it made me feel sad. I turned the page to a blanc one, picked up the pen and started to write. "Dear... Whats your name kid?" I asked. "Gus" he looked at me exited as I wrote the name down. "Okay, Dear... Gus... Autograph... From Percy Jackson" for fun I drew a riptide and a trident so that the kid could be happy. "Thanks!" he ran away, as I looked up again. "Jason!" he laughed as I hugged him. "Percy, hows life?" Wow, I missed Jason. "Great! Now that Im here to visit you!" I lied, I was not great, but for the moment it felt somewhere amazing to see him again. "Let me show you what we've done so far" he looked at me with serious eyes. "Right... The new cabins" he put his hand at my back and led me to the cabins.
