Chapter eight.

"Your riding that . . . thing to school?" Wren asked me with wide eyes. It was the first time he was actually talking to me, and I couldn't help but feel bitter about it.

"So you can talk. I actually thought you have no tongue. " I spat back at him. It was going to be my second day at my new school. Katherine had agreed to sign the papers, not bothering to check what exactly I was buying. Haha. Wren was the first one to see my new baby. I swung one leg around and sat down onto my motorcycle. I had taken a picture of it last night when it had arrived and sent it to all the guys back at home. They were all incredibly jealous.

"Whatever." I heard Wren mutter under his breath as he sat down into his car and rode off. Alex and Lee hadn't bothered me since yesterday, and I liked it that way.

I turned the engine on and put my helmet on. The idea of my skull cracking didn't sound very appealing to me. I zipped my black jacket up and was just about to ride off when I heard a kid screaming. I turned to look and I saw Sam standing by the door with his mouth wide open. Cute kid. I waved at him and drove off towards another day at hell.

I drove in the same direction Lee had yesterday, nearly forgetting where the school was. Alot of people kept staring in my direction. At one point when I had stopped in the traffic, this mother was staring at me with wide eyes. I flipped my middle finger at her which made her drive her car as far away as she could from me. Haha.

I drove into the school car park and parked my motorcycle in a good spot away from all the other cars. I didn't want one tiny scratch on it.

"Hey!" I heard a girl voice yell." Adreana!"

I turned around to see Alex standing there with Wren.

"What?" I asked her. Didn't she get the hint I didn't want to know her.

"We have the same first class so I thought we could walk together?" She asked me, smiling. Her smile made me feel bad to tell her to piss off so I agreed.

"Okay then. Come on." I answered rudely. Alex seemed to be immune to my rudeness. She pulled her hand away from Wren, gave him a kiss (ew) and walked upto me.

"So how you finding it here?" Alex asked me, as we walked to class.

"I hate it Alex. Is it not obvious? Well I enjoy using the pool and spending daddy's dosh, but other than that, I hate it."

"You know, if you didn't spend all your time in your room or sulking, I think you'd learn to like it." She smiled at me. As much as I wanted to not like Alex, I couldn't help but smile back.

"Learn to like it? I hate my dad, my siblings ignore me besides Sam. I have no friends here. There isn't really much to like." I answered her. We entered the classroom and I took my seat. She stood there still talking to me. The bell hadn't rang yet.

"We're going out tonight." She stated.

"No we are not." I hissed as I took my bio book out.

"I'll come get you at five. Woohoo! Can't wait. Make sure your ready." She retorted as she went and sat down.

I thought about going out tonight with Alex. If I wanted I could easily avoid it, but I decided to just go with it. I mean what harm could come in one measly night?

" That was so sad.Why did Jack have to die?!" I moaned just as the movie finished.

Alex looked at me and began laughing to the extent she was clutching her stomach.

"Adreana, you are so strange." She said.
