Deafening shrieks shatter unsuspecting spirit
Erratic lashes of metaphoric whip
Lacerate decaying flesh oozing the essence of life
Incandescent blades burn and slice contracted tendons
Remains of skeletal structures massacred
Inevitable sporadic stabs of a betraying knife,
Unhindered by the sight of spilled scarlet blood,
Mangle midrims of agonized beings harvesting beating hearts.
