Daniels POV

"Y-y-y-you were the one he was abusing?" I said my voice cracking

He nodded his head and I was set off

"Preston why the hell did you even show up here?" I asked well actually yelled

"Well Daniel I came here to see Joey." He said innocently

"Why would you come to see me? You abused me to the point where 2 years later I still have scars and bruises!" He yelled

"Oh wow Joey you certainly got a lot tougher while I was in jail huh" Preston said

"Oh shut up and get the hell away from my house!!!" I yelled

"Now Danny who was talking to you?" Preston said with an attitude

"Don't fucking call me Danny!" I scrowled

We've been arguing for about 10 minutes now and the police have showed up. I guess someone complained however Joey did go into the room at one point and didn't come out

Joeys POV

I've had enough of arguing with Preston so I went into the room. While I was in there I called the police. Once I heard the sirens I came back to the door.

"What where you doing in there?" Daniel asked

"What do you think?" I said pointing toward the police

"What seems to be the problem here" the officer asked

"N-n-n-n-nothing officer" Preston said stuttering

"Who here is Joey Graceffa?"the officer asked and I stepped up

"I am" I said bravely

"Well then what seems to be the matter?"he asked

"We have been telling Preston here to get off of our property for the past 20-30 minutes and he will not go"I say making sure he heard Preston's name

"Preston....are you the two men from the domestic violence case?"he asked

"Yes sir" I said

"Preston you are under arrest for harassment you have the right to remain silent any and everything you say will be used against you in the court of law."the officer said while taking Preston to the police car.

"Well he will not bother you again for awhile. I'm so sorry Mr.Graceffa"he said

I thanked him and went back inside with Daniel to pack the rest of the stuff and we went to go get a moving truck. Today was the first I heard Preston got out. Oh well I don't have to deal with him for a while.
