Joeys POV

How did I get so lucky with a guy like Daniel. After Preston I never thought anyone could love me. With all the scars and bruises I didn't think anyone would think I was cute or anything but Daniel loves me for the way I am and the way I look.

"Okay babe" I said and he started driving

*after dropping the puppy off*

"Okay the puppy is dropped off......time to go to your dad's house" he said his voice trailed off in the middle of the sentence....I knew exactly why

"Baby it's fine I'm right here" I told him

He trailed off because he was scared for my sake because it's still all new to my dad. But we will see how this goes............

(At my dad's house)

Daniels POV

"Alright babe we are here" I said to Joey because he fell asleep on the way here

"Huh what....oh okay" he said as he woke up, I laughed he is so cute

"Hehe you so cute" I said and he blushed

"I love you Daniel" he said looking up at me

"I love you too Joey" as I got out the car I noticed that the door was open

"Hey Joey the door is open" I said

"What?" He said confused

"Yea let's go inside and see what's going on" he got out the car and we walking inside

Joeys POV

"Dad! Where are you!"I yelled

"Bob! Hello?!" Daniel yelled

We heard no answer

"Isn't he supposed to be home by now?" Daniel asked

"I think so just let me call him" I said

"Okay baby" he gave me a kiss then I went outside to talk to my dad
