I quickly muttered bye to mom and walked towards the car. Vikram's driver Rajuji opened the door for me. I thanked him as I got comfortable inside the car. As he started the car, my mind drifted towards the message I read on my school whatsapp group.

'Class Reunion' the name of the group was changed to. I was so damn happy to see that. I loved my school and all my friends in their.

Only of friend Rujuta asked me in the personal message if I wanted to go.

Of course I wanted to but I decided to reply to that message later. I wanted to ask Vikram about it. He needed control didn't he? Why not start with this.

If he agreed then I would go.

If he didn't I would throw a tantrum and then I would go.

Either way I would win.

Rajuji stopped near my Kaka's office. Vikram at the moment had set up his office there. Due to some legal reasons, Vikram will have to stay in India for some more time. I was happy for that. I dreaded for the moment when Vikram would come and tell me to pack my bags and leave India.

I navigated through the known way in the office. Me, Deepti and Vihaan would spend hours here playing hide and seek.

I passed Kaka's cabin but didn't go in. I didn't want anything to spoil my mood.

I took stairs to reach Vikram's cabin, suddenly I bumped into someone and the next moment papers were flying everywhere.

I wanted to apologise to the person who I bumped into but I was surprised when I saw who that person was.

Rishi Gupta.

One of my school mate.

I quickly hugged him,"What a surprise Rishi"

Even he was startled looking at me.

"Indeed a surprise"

"What are you doing here" I asked him. He had the same boyish features but he was not a boy anymore. Both of us bend down to collect the papers now scattered on floor.

"I am trying to sell chat" He said smoothly.

"What?" I looked up at him

"I work here dummy"

Well, that explains the paper. At this moment even my intelligence was face palming. I resumed collecting the paper.

"Oh since when"

"Since last week. Hey you got married?" He said looking at the mangalsutra in my neck. My Mangalsutra, a black beaded necklace given to me by Vikram during our traditional ceremony. It was an indication of married women in every Indian household.

"Yes, this week" I said giving him the pile of paper that I collected

"Wow, Congratulations. You didn't invite me?"

"Actually it was a small wedding. Just the family" I couldn't tell him that my husband forced me to marry him as he thought I was cheating on him with another man.

"Okay. Congratulations again. By the way are you coming to the reunion" He seemed rather  interested when he asked this.

"I don't know. I need to ask Vikram if he has made any other plans for that day."

"Vikram?"

"Vikram Joshi, my husband"

"Oh..." He was taken aback from my revelation, even scared. Must be because he was his boss.

"Okay, then tell about it soon. I have to go work okay. See you soon bye" He left with a unorganised bunch of paper in his hands.
