A valentines day present

Jasper's p.o.v

Its only been a few weeks that I've been here. Lotus was walking around and i went to see what she was doing. I looked at Lotus as as she was placing up pink and red hearts in a few places. "What are you doing?" I asked walking up to her. "I'm getting ready for valentines day. It's not long before valentines day too. If you want I can help you get a present for Shinji." Lotus said. "Why would I do that?" I asked. "Because I've seen how you look at Shinji. And I helped her find something for you." Lotus said.

I had a faint blush seeing how observant she was. "Maybe. But I can't be seen. Cause of those Crystal gems." I growled. "Don't worry. I can help you look like your not you." Lotus said. I thought for a moment before looking at her. "Fine." I said. Lotus then went through a closet and pulled out a top and ripped shorts. She dragged me into there bathroom and told me to get dressed into it. I sighed and did as she told me getting out of my old cloths and placed what she gave me. (The image up top.) "Now your hair." Lotus said. "What do you mean?" I asked glaring at her.

"Well we got to change your hair to make you look more different." Lotus said. "Just tell me the size I need to make it." I said glaring at her. "Short." Lotus said. I rolled my eyes and changed my hair size to short.(again at the top.) I looked at my self in the mirror surprised at my looks. I sort of looked human but I also looked like a gem. 'Maybe I won't run into those gems.' I thought thinking of the Crystal gems.

~time skip~

Me and Lotus came back from the store and Shinji was laying on the couch making soft sounds. "Shinji's asleep. Come on we can get her present ready while she's sleeping." Lotus said. I nodded and we went into her room. Her room is a light purple with red flowers on the corners of the walls and yellow birds flying away from the flowers. Her furniture a dark black. I placed a bag on her bed and looked at the presents. A pink bear with red strips an holding a heart that's says love you. A white rose and some chocolates.

Lotus helped me place then in the bag and smiled at me. "Now that you got her present all you have to do is give it to her tomorrow." Lotus said. "Fine." I said and rolled my eyes.

~Time skip~

Shinji's p.o.v

Today was valentines day. And I held Jasper's present in my hands. It's a cute stuffed dog. I was worried that Jasper might not like it though. I sat on my bed not knowing what to do. I can't stay in my room all day. But at the same time I want to give Jasper her present. I placed the present on my bed and got up and walked out of my room. I walked down the halls listening to the ticking of the kitchen clock. By the sound of it it was close to 9 in the morning. Lotus left to go work at the big donut half an hour ago.

So now I was alone in the house with Jasper and Lucy. I sighed and looked at the floor fixing my shades. I was also scared of what might happen if Jasper found out about me being blind. If she found out I have no clue what she would do. I sat down on the couch and leaned back not realizing that Jasper was next to me. "What's wrong with you?" A voice asked making me jump and snap out of my thoughts. I sat on the floor startled by Jasper. "Umm... You ok?" Jasper asked. By the sound of it she was not used to saying sorry or seeing if anyone was OK.

"I.... I'm fine... I was just deep in thought and you startle me out of my thoughts." I said getting back on the couch. I felt her wrap her arm over my shoulder and pulled me to her. I was leaning back on her side and I turned my head to look at her.

Jasper's p.o.v

I looked down as Shinji. She had a small blush on her cheeks. I smirked ad pulled her closer. "Lotus helped me get you something." I said. "W-What did you get me?" Shinji's asked. "Here." I said simply placing the bag on Shinji's lap. Shinji looked at the bag and pulled everything out smiling. She then grabbed the stuffed bear and smiled hugging it. "Thanks....... I don't know if you'll like my present." Shinji said. "Why don't you show me." I said smirking. "Alright..... Could you let me go so I can get it?" Shinji asked.

"Fine." I muttered an let her go. She then got off the couch and went to her room coming back a bit later with a black stuffed dog. It had a brown muzzle paws and ears the rest of it black. She then sat next to me worry smiling an looking down. She then held the stuffed dog out to me. "I did not know what you liked so I got this." Shinji said in a soft voice. I took the stuffed dog and looked at it. Shinji's looked away rubbing her arm. "I like it." I said. Shinji's gave a soft smile still not looking at me. "R-Really? I'm glad you like it." Shinji said.

I smirked and grabbed Shinji's chin with my thumb and finger making her look at me. I used my other hand to pull her close to me. Shinji blushed looming at me. I could not tell if she was looking at me though. "Why do you where those visors?" I asked. Shinji placed a hand on her dark pink shades and tried to look away but I kept her face in place. "I..... Don't want to talk about it.... If you don't mind." Shinji said slightly frowning. "Alright..... But you have to tell me one day." I said. "Alright." Shinji said.

"And hope you mind if I do this." I said smirking. "What do y-mmph!" Shinji said kissing her on the lips. I smirked looking at Shinji as I kissed her. I placed my hand from under Shinji's chin to the back of her head and pulled her even deeper into the kiss. Shinji slightly moaned as she kissed back with a darker blush on her cheeks. We stayed like this for a few moments before I pulled back. Shinji panted as she looked at me with a dark blush. I smirked and pulled Shinji close to me laying back. Shinji placed her fingers on her lips looking at me. "W-Why did you?" Shinji stuttered.

"Maybe its because." I said leaning close to Shinji's ear. "I have feelings for you." I whispered in her ear. "Y-You do?" Shinji stuttered again. "I do." I said with a smile and leaned back. Shinji blushed and laid on me. I smirked as Shinji laid on me without trying to get free. I closed my eyes holding Shinji close to me as I though of something that me and Shinji will do one day.
