Chapter 58

August POV

I woke up to lights shining in my damn face and me naked beside Mahagany. I smiled and laid my head on hers as she slept. I remember us making love last night, and her pouring her heart out to a nigga and I feel so bad about this shit I did, so it's time to man up. I've decided I was going to tell her everything, all the women and everything. I wanna start fresh and she deserves the truth if she's willing to get back with me. I kissed her cheek and she rolled over on me and began talking with her eyes closed.

"Did we have fuck last night?"
"Yeah, like crazy. It was long overdue."

Her eyes shot open and she sat up in bed and covered her chest.

"Shit!"
"What?"
"You have to leave!"
"Why?"
"Because I don't want to hear Kayla mouth."

Before I could move Kayla burst in laughing.

"Too late! I heard everything last night. 'Ugh August your gonna make me squirt like that!'"

I laughed hard as fuck because Mahagany was turning me on when she said that shit last night. Mahagany threw a pillow at kaylas ass.

"Get out bitch!!!"

She skipped out and Mahagany sighed and looked at me.

"Get up."
"Why?"
"I have to change the sheets now. The kids sleep in here sometimes, and I don't want them sleeping on mommy and daddy baby making juices."

I laughed and got up and slipped on my boxers.

"Can I please wear that t-shirt I gave you last night?"
"You still like wearing daddy's stuff I see"

She chuckled and nodded and went and threw the sheets in the washer. When she came back she looked at me.

"Do you remember anything I told you in the car ride last night."
"Every word."
"So you weren't drunk."
"Partially. I could still understand you."
"So you heard me telling you I want you, but I don't know what else to do because I don't trust you anymore."
"I heard you and baby I'm willing to do anything to regain that trust."

She started to cry again.

"Baby stop please. You know I hate seeing you cry."

She covered her eyes and I walked over to her and sat on the bed with her hips in my hand. I kissed her stomach.

"Stop Mahagany, I don't want you putting the baby under stress."
"It's your fault anyway!"
"I know."
"Why'd you do it?"
"I don't know."
"No! There's a reason for everything! Why'd you do it? Was I not giving you good enough sex?"
"No Mahagany? I mean yes, we were having sex every night, it was perfect."
"Is it because I'm pregnant again? Did you not want the baby?"
"Of course not Mahagany! I fucking love the baby, and their not even here yet!"
"Is it my weight?"
"I love you, and your body, I can't get enough of it. So of course its not your weight."
"THEN WHY?!?!"
"BECAUSE IM A FUCKING MAN AIIGHT!"

She shook her head.

"How many females has it been?"
"What?"
"I know she wasn't the first one. How many?"
"I don't know?"
"Don't lie to me, what number was she?"
"She was the first since we've been married."
"Before then?"
"Mahagany I don't want to talk about this right now!"
"HOW MANY BEFORE THEN!!"
"MORE THAN TEN ALRIGHT."

More tears poured from her eyes and she ran to the bathroom. I followed s her and shut the door.

"GET OUT!"
"NO!"
"YES! YOU LOVE TO SEE ME LIKE THIS DON'T YOU!?"

I calmed down because I didn't want to wake the kids.

"Mahagany I'm telling you these things because I love you and I'm sorry and I want to make us work."
"You don't love me!"
"Yes I do!"
"August, your hurting me. My heart hurts, my mind hurts, my soul hurts."
"And I'm trying to fix that!"
"I don't know if your the one who can fix me right now!"
"Let me try. Please!"

She started crying again and I pulled her close into my chest.

"I'm so so so sorry baby."
"I can't believe you did this to me August."
"I can't either. I wanna fix it."
"If I let you in you can't hurt me again August, I can't take much more pain."
"I got you Mahagany I promise. I messed us up and I'm gonna fix us."

After our screaming match there was a knock at the bedroom door. I walked to it to see Mel and Angel. I smiled and picked them both up and kissed them.

"Daddy? When did you get here?"
"Last night."
"So you spent the night with mommy?"
"Yeah."
"Are you guys gonna love each other again?"
"We still love each other."
"So we gonna live together like a family again?"
"I'm still working on that princess."

Mahagany came out the bathroom wiping her eyes. She laid on the bed with us ans Melvin crawled and laid in her chest and she kissed Angel.

"Mommy, did you sleep in the same bed with daddy last night?"
"I did."
"Oh."

Baby girl rubbed Mahaganys face.

"Did you and daddy have another fight."
"No baby. Mommy and daddy were just talking."

Mahagany said.

"Why do you look like You been crying?"

Mahagany looked down and I answered our daughter.

"Because daddy did a big no no, and it made mommy's heart hurt because she loves me so much."
"Like a BIG no no daddy?"
"Yeah baby a BIG no no."

She chuckled and I smiled at her.

"But you guys will always love each other, no matter how big the no no was mommy?"

Mahagany smiled.

"No matter how big the no no was I will always love your daddy Angel."

I smiled and leaned over and began kissing her lips.
