The Trinity is kind of a confusing topic (which is why it took me so long to update) We as humans have a hard time understanding the Trinity, that is because we as humans are finite beings while God is an infinite being. What I mean by this is that humans have limits or boundaries, and so we cannot fully understand the Trinity.
As far as proof for this concept look at verses such as Genesis 1:26 which says "Then God said let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over every fish in the sea and the birds of the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals and over all the creatures that move along the ground"
Now clearly us and our are not used to describe one person, this is stuff we learn in kindergarten. Another verse that supports the Trinity is John 10:30 Which says "I and the father are one"
Which at least proves that Jesus and the Father are one because Jesus says that.
