Chapter Three

Its been three week since me and Ahmari been talking, I told him everything about the streets and all. And I found out he was the drug lord of the West side, We was chatting about talking over it all. But anyways today I planned on going to visit my mom in rehab, Yes if your wondering my mom was or still is addict to meth, I'm going to check on her and see if she made any progress. I hope so, Once she shows me that she had I'm bring her home. I know my mom being on meth and stuff you probably think she was a bad mother but naw not at all, She tried her best to raise me but just couldn't do it so she sent to my grandparents she visit every once in a while, So yea. My dad was another story.

I walked to my closet to find something to wear. I picked something simple out. A hot pick tee some shorts and my all white Jordan's. I laid my clothes out on the bed and went into the bathroom, I brushed my teeth before getting into the hot shower.

After my hot shower I got out dried off then put on my clothes. I loved my hair thanks to both my parents. My mom was white and black and my dad was Mexican. I wanted my hair straight so I went and plugged the flat iron up while I was waiting for it to get hot my phone started to ring. I seen it was Ahmari. 

"wassup." I said answering the phone. "Nothing ma, I was wondering can I come with you to see ya moms and take y'all out for lunch." He said. No lie I was shocked "Umm I don't know Ahmari." I said unsure. "Well okay, I ain't gonna push it, Just holla at me later." he said "Okay, Thanks doe." I said. We said our goodbyes and hung up. I touch the flat iron to see if it was hot enough "Oww shit" I said out loud sucking my finger. Then I started flat ironing my hair.

After I was done doing my hair I did my makeup and I was out the door to the rehab center.

I finally made it to the rehab center after a hour an a half drive. I walked in and asked for my mother. They told me what room she was staying in. I got on the elevator, Once the elevator open I took a deep breath then go off then made my way to my mothers room.

She looked so much better then from the last time I came to see her. Her Long black hair was almost gone, Her skin was pale as ever and she just looked sick. But now she looked so much better, He light caramel skin tone was bright and glowing, Her hair was health and long again. I smiled as a tear left my face. "Hey mama, Its so good to see you." I said as I hugged her. "It's good to see you baby girl" She said pulling away and sitting down. "Well, How are you mama." I asked her "I'm doing great baby, I'm clean and feeling much better, The People said I can get out of here in two weeks that god." she said with much excitement in her voice.

"That's wonderful mama." I said smiling holding her hand "Yea. The only bad thing is I have nothing to go to went I get out of here." She said as he smile faded away "Mama, Don't even worry about that, I knew you was getting out pretty soon so I have got you a house build a few blocks away from me, everything is paid off, You wont have to pay the water and light bill for a year, Ma you know your baby girl got you if nobody else to." I told her smiling. "Yes I do know that, Everybody else turned there back on me beside You and mama." She said smiling a lil. "Yess, I know mama, Fuck them we don't need them oh yea grandma will be staying with you also." I said "Okay sugar."

We talked until visiting hours was over. I decided to hit Ahmari up.

"Wassup ma." He said answering the phone. "Oh nothing just leaving the rehab center." I told him. "Well, After I leave the warehouse I'm coming over to spend the night." He said "Okay, Ill pick us up something to eat." I said, After Our conversation ended. Ahmari been spending the night every other day. I was loving it to. I decided to get us some Popeye's. I got the food and was on my way home. I waited for Ahmari to get over here.

After 30 mins of settling in I heard a knock at the door. I looked the the peek hole and seen it was Ahmari. I opened the door and jumped on him. "I see somebody missed me." He said kissing my forehead. I laughed and got down "Whatever nigga." I said walking into the kitchen fixing us both a plate. I walked back into the living and I seen Ahmari looking for us something to watch on Netflix.

I handed him his plate as he picked the moving jumping the broom. We ate our food and watched the movie, After eating I took our plates into the kitchen and started washing the dishes, Then I felt Ahmari wrapping his arms around my waist. I smiled "Whaaaaat Ahmari." I said smiling "Hurry up an wash the dishes I wanna tell well kinda ask you something important." He said kissing my neck. "Okay." I said as I finished washing the last dish. 

We walked into the living an sat down on the sofa. "What do you wanna talk about Ahmari." I asked him looking in his eyes 

"Well, Victoria, I'm ready to make you my woman." He said seriously "Are you serious Ahmari." I said tearing up. "Yes." He said pulling out a red box. Red was my favorite color. He opened the box and it was a diamond promise ring. I just cried like a lil baby as he slid the ring on my finger. "Okay Now baby, All I know Is your crazy ass babymama better not step to me, Cause you know I'll beat her ass." I said laughing "Yea I know." He said laughing.

Ahmari

I was glad Victoria was my woman now, I wasn't fucking nothing up. We made love that night. She know how to put it down in the bedroom I tell ya. 

"Well baby, I'm pick up my son tomorrow an let you meet him." I said looking down at her while she was laying on my chest "Okay baby." She said looking up at me.

Yes I had a 13 year old son. His name was Ahmari Jr. But we all call him Mari. My babymama was crazy Timekia, But I don't think she would step to Vick But then again that bitch is hell crazy.

THE NEXT MORNING

I woke up and Vick was still laying on my chest, I slid her off an went into the bathroom, I grabbed my toothbrush and brushed my trrth before getting into the steaming shower. 

After I got out the bathroom dressed in my Tru Religion jeans a Tru Religion shirt, Also my all black Jordan's. Since Vick was still sleep, I wrote a note and put it on the pillow I was sleeping on.

I Left out the house all happy and shit, But I knew that would all change once I went to pick my son up.

I hopped in my black hummer an made my way to pick up my son. 

Once I got to Timekia house I blew the honk, My face lit up as I seen My son run out to my hummer. "Dad Mama said she wanna see you for a min." He said trying to catch his breath. "Okay." I said turning the car off an hopping out.

"What do you want Meka." I said dryly when I walked in the house. "You know what I want Ahmari." She said pushing up on me "Mari Go get in the car" I said throwing him the keys. He did as I told him

"Meka look, I got a woman, An that means the sex between me an you is DONE." I said getting ready to walk out the door "What the fuck you mean DONE, I thought we was getting back together?" She questioned me "Hell yea DONE, An fuck no I told yo ass that anyways. I cant be with a hoe." I said pushing her aside an walking out to the car getting in an leaving. I texted Vick and told her to get ready we was on our way.
