Itachis Twin , Shisuis Lover?

few days and shes awake

(Shisui POV)
I stayed at the hospital with her while itachi went on a mission, I held onto her hand .. I don't know why but she still wasn't awake . its been 3 days now .
I sat there waiting untill I felt her grip tighten . she shifted slightly and groaned quietly.

(Minata POV)
I blinked a few times and when I opened my eyes a saw Shisui .. He was holding my hand .
"Shi..Shisui " my voice soft , my body still hurt a little.
His face brightened and a big smile broke out
"You're finally awake"
I smiled at his comment , before I looked around frantically ,
"Are the others alright !"
I went to sit up and winced before he pushed me back down
"Yes , now lay down before you hurt yourself again , you scared us enough "
I frowned
'I'm sorry , you guys should've left me there "
He glared at me
"No we shouldn't have now shush "
I sighed and pulled him closer onto my chest
"M.minata umm.. What are you doing "
I began playing with his hair
"Shut up ,it relaxes me and you need sleep "
"No I don't "
"You do "
We bickered before we both giggled and laughed a bit . but he got close to my face maybe only an inch away ...
"Minata may I tell you somthing
I nodded afraidly
"I..i think im in love with you "
My heart skipped a beat , my face flushed red , all before he closed the space and kissed me softly. I closed my eyes and melted into the kiss , after a minute or so I heard the door open ...
"Minata ?! "
