It's okay, but you need something more bold. You know what i mean, your content is so strong and it doesn't match with the cover except for that girl in hoodies.

Not much typos, no grammatical error that I've found.
Your epilogue and description are the same!!
Safia, please make them different.
You can put some really nice lines from the story for the description.
Like that incident happened to her and her stepdad ( I'm not gonna spoil the suspense for your readers).
Leaving questions behind. Which will compel readers to open your book for the answers.

It's the story of a quiet girl who've gone through many things in a short time period.
Without a friend she was totally alone
And then one day she couldn't take it anymore and did something which made her leave her hometown!!
