Almost three weeks since Cassandra's disappearance and Miguel and her parents did not spare any time in looking for her.

Even though Cassandra humiliated Miguel and their families when she ran away, Miguel cannot abandon the search for her because he truly loves her. Nobody knew that a heartless unforgiving man like him can care for someone other than himself.

"Ha sido una semana, todavía no tienes ningún plomo. Qué crees que le sucedió a nuestra hija Miguel?" It has been a week, you still do not have any lead. What do you think happened to our daughter Miguel?

"Tía, estamos haciendo todo que lo posible pero por ahora lo único que podemos hacer es esperar. Cassandra es una chica inteligente y estoy seguro de que ella es segura."Auntie, we are doing everything we can but for now all we can do is wait. Cassandra is a smart girl and I am sure she is safe.

Miguel will make sure she is found. He deployed all his resources in all countries that they have business with. Her pictures are all over the investigation agencies he has contact to. All he need was one single mistake from Cassandra so she can be traced. Right now, It was like she went to an unknown universe where nobody knows her or her family.

"Miguel, gracias por hacer esto para mi familia. Estamos muy agradecidos que usted cuida de Cassandra. Haremos cuando regresa ella nunca dejará su lado." Miguel, thank you for doing this for my family. We are very grateful that you care for Cassandra. We will make sure when she returns that she will never leave your side.

"No te preocupes tía, le vamos a encontrar y no voy a esperar otro segundo que ser mío."Do not worry Auntie, we will find her and I will not wait another second for her to be mine.

Cassandra's mother said her goodbyes and Miguel was left on his office, still thinking about his lost love. He opened his drawer and took one of the many photos he had of Cassandra. Miguel have a collection of her photographs, stolen shots of her. It has been his habit to stalk her and take her pictures. Since she was always aloof and guarded when he was near, he took pictures of her smiling and laughing with her friends from afar. That was his passion, to be near her in any way that he can. He bid his time. He planned everything to be near her, to have her and now that he almost had her, he will not stop.

He did not wait this long for her to be snatched by someone else. He made sure no one approached Cassandra before and he is ready to kill just to keep things that way.

"Cassandra, wherever you are, make sure you are enjoying every moment of your freedom. Because once I find you, you can never escape from me again. Mark my word mi amor, I will kill anyone who breaks us apart."

It has been almost three blissful weeks of relaxing vacation, walks by the beach, water sports and passionate love making and Cassandra never felt happier.

There were times when Lance was working on his home office with his satellite phone and internet to check on his business. During these times, she was busy with her music. Yes, her music. She started writing and composing songs as well as practiced playing guitar and singing. It was her plan to make her name in the music industry as a song writer and music composer. Lance was very supportive of her decision and he even gave her pointers on how to do her craft.

Lance aside from being an excellent business man and producer, is also a good singer and composer. He had been writing some songs before he made a name for his company and now whenever he was inspired to do so. He uses a pseudo name so that his name will not affect the judgment of his staff in ensuring that only quality works will be produced and promoted.

They spend every moment together. It will be in two days when they have to return to California. Lance have some important appointments to attend to. He seem to forget why he went on a vacation in the first place. He was very happy and contented being with Cassie but he has other responsibilities back home which cannot be delayed.

Cassie decided to tell him the truth tonight, before their return so that he will know what to expect. He wanted Cassie to audition to be a recording artist for his company. He wanted to offer her a contract but she declined, Cassie wanted to prove herself and not receive any attention just because they are together. And Cassie still fears that Miguel and her family will find her once they leave this paradise of an island. And finding her will be easiest when she gets exposed. She must be very careful. She survived the past weeks because they were in a secluded place, but once they get back to Beverly Hills, her luck might finally ran out.

She cannot let anything bad happen to Lance and they have to prepare for the worst. So she needed to tell him everything.

She was on this worrying state when Lance entered the music room and hugged her from the back.

"Babe, why so glum? Is there anything wrong?"

"Everything is perfect, now that you're here with me." She kissed his hand when she told him this.

"You have been quiet lately and Im fearing you're not okay." Lance turned the chair so that they are facing each other.

"I will tell you something tonight. . .But before that, let's do something . . . productive." And she wiggled her eye brows to send him their secret signal.

"Oh babe, I love it when you surprise me like that."

"Oh believe me, you'll love me more when I. . . " she whispered the rest of the words to his ears.

"Oh shit! Come on baby! I can't wait!"

And so, Lance impatiently carried Cassie to their room. The four walls of their room that bear witness to how much they were in love and obsessed with each other.
