Yes, this is the last chapter of the Games. In my opinion, I started really well, but kind of went downhill from there. Now, I'm not 100% sure if I want to write a spin off series. I may, but right now I don't think I will. Going through the demographics, I saw that votes and complete reads starting slowing down. So, I'm definitely going to write Prims Games - Hunger Games Twist, but may not write a spin off.

And I know my authors notes are boring, heck, I don't even think anyone is reading them, but these things do need to be said.

*~*~*

(Rose's POV)

'When do you think it will stop?' I ask, for probably the 164th time (but who's counting right?)

'I dunno Rose, for the 100th time' (Obviously he hasn't been counting)

'Why do you think they set the rain? I mean, they were going to have a good show, the final battle'

'I dunno, maybe they really do believe we can win this thing' Jack says, which causes a ripple of laughter from me

'Why are you laughing?' Jack asks quizzically

After a moment of trying to calm down, I answer him.

'Well firstly, when has the capitol ever thought about anyone but themselves. Secondly, even if they did, they wouldn't change the Games just for us and thirdly-'

'They did for your parents'

'What?'

'They changed the Games, just for them'

'Yes, well-'

'Maybe they really did think that we could win, and changed the Games for us'

'They changed it for my parents, because they thought they were madly in love. They didn't do it because they thought they had a chance at winning, they already won'

'So, they could think about how-'

'Just don't Jack. I don't want to hear about what you think the capitol thinks about us. I don't want to hear it. I'm not going to argue about this' I snap. Not truly sure why I said that. I guess maybe talking about my parents upsets me.

Jack puts his hands up in mock surrender and turns away from me, rolling his eyes.

'Sorry'

'Shh'

'Listen, I didn't mean to-'

'Put a sock in it will you!' He whisper yells

'Why are you-' I begin to say before a hand covers my mouth. Jack points towards the distance. Shimmer....joy.

They are dashing between trees, dodging the acid.

'lets go' I say, except Jacks hand is making the words muffled, making it sound like 'mephsmo'

'Sorry' He says, quickly removing his hand.

'Lets go' The acid rain has stopped now.

A sound of laughter ripples down below, Shimmer and her team mate (still don't know his name) reached us before we had time to move.

'Well well well. Told you they be here Glad'

'It's Glade, I'm from your District!'

'Whatever, anyway, I was right'

Glade just rolls his eyes, while mumbling 'Well theres always a first for everything'

Shimmer turns to him
