Chapter 13 : D-day

Hiro's pov

Yesterday ended pretty good. No hard feelings anymore between me and dad. But I haven't sort out with that duck-butt. I guess it's better to tell him at the end of the day.

Today, we all are going to guard the bridge since Sasuke and Naruto have succesfully finished their training. We leave earlier than the other day. We're leaving Naruto behind since he used too much chakra yesterday. He's going to wake up sooner or later.

We four are on our way to the bridge. I felt a familiar chakra. "They're coming. Keep your guard up at all times" I warned dad. As we got into the clearing to the bridge, there are dead bodies everywhere. Like literally EVERYWHERE. Sakura Gasp, Sasuke started to tremble, Dad lifted his eye patch and prepared for any sudden movement. While I'm all relaxed and stretch every muscles in my body.

"Let's just start already Zabuza, Haku. I really hate waiting. Do you forget that already?" I started to gain Zabuza and Haku's attention "Of course I don't Hiro, well we meet again. And your prediction is totally false Kakashi. And It's also going to be false for today. Hey, that kid is trembling. I guess I made quite the impression don't I, Tiger Lili" Damn it! He knew my code name.

In Anbu, everybody have a code name instead of their real name. Well, my code name is Tiger Lili. I'm known to be the best in the field even with my young age. But I've never reveal my face in Anbu missions. So, I have 2 identity in the bingo book. One, The Ice Cold Kitten, Dad's daughter. Two, Tiger Lili, Youngest Female Anbu Captain and also the Hokage's private Anbu Guard.

"How?" I tried to sound as intimidating as I could. "It's in my bingo book since you left. But don't worry, I recognize you and blurred the picture. You should be thankful" He threw a book and I caught it. I flipped the pages and finally found my picture. "Not bad for top 20. Or I can say top 10?" "Yeah sure Zabuza. You really know how to tease me" I really doubt his humor sense sometimes.

"Enough already Hiro. He's the enemy here" Dad try to remind me of the mission. "Aw, the copy cat ninja is mad that her daughter are talking to a stranger. You really are daddy's-little-girl " Yep. Dad's totally mad now. "Sasuke, Go ahead" Sasuke ran towards Zabuza with kunai in hand. "Let me handle him Zabuza" "Take him Haku" Now Sasuke is in one-on-one combat with Haku.

Where's Naruto? What's taking him so long?

"Sakura, Guard Tazuna. Never leave his side." Sakura nod. Dad reveal his sharingan eye "Let's continue from where we left. Right Zabuza?" "Yeah sure Kakashi" Zabuza lift his giant sword. "I'm waiting dad. What do you say?" Dad totally forgot me. Is he?

"You will guard Sakura and Tazuna. Let me handle him" "But you know nothing of him. I will help you up da.." I step forward "No. It's dangerous. I'm the one who will be facing him. So tell me Hiro" "I can't dad. It's classified" "So stand back or you will only get in the way" I took a step back to Sakura and Tazuna.

What am I going to do? Dad and Sasuke are facing Zabuza and Haku. They won't be winning. I'm the one who know the opponent inside out. "Well, I'm backing you guys up if it's necessary dad"

Zabuza and Dad's battle have begin. The sound of clash echoed wide range. Sasuke are now traped inside Haku's little dome. Haku's hurting him. My body ach of seing Sasuke get hurt.

My body moved on his own. I'm now inside the dome and reflecting few Crystal senbons from Sasuke's back. "I see you joined the game Hiro" "Stop it Haku. Your battle is with me. I won't let you hurt him again. Enough is enough" "So who's this boy for you Hiro. It's rare that you cared for him this much of abandoning your order."

Sasuke's pov

"It's rare that you cared for this boy and abandoned your orders Hiro." "I won't let you hurt him again" She hissed at the boys comment. "Hiro, I'm okay. I'm totally fine on my own" "You're not fine you baka. You're hurt. Don't think that you could foul to me. Your eye tells diffrently." she reflec another coming senbon. "So this is him right Hiro?" That boy went out of his miror and come to us "O shut up Haku" "I shall test him if he deserves you or not"

Wait. What does he meant by test? What is happening here?

Few other senbon flew and I waited for the pain. Hiro could dodge all of it, but she stands in front of me and cover for me instead. "Sasuke! Focus! Keep your guards up!" "You really do care of him Hiro. It's rare that you could even be injured by my senbon needle. But that boy don't deserve you Hiro. He's just a little pathetic brat that only slow you down. There's nothing really great from him don't you think?" She froze of what he said.

Naruto jumped and enter into the mirror dome. "Now Naruto Uzumaki is here and going to safe the day" Oh Great! we are now SAFED! Wow. Fantastic. Marvelous. "Wow. Great job Naruto. Now we're safed." Hiro rolled her eye "If you could sneak attack him and brought him down, I will really said that" She said and get into fighting stance.

Haku still throw needles toward us. Naruto are now on the floor while me and Hiro are panting. "It's done" Haku threw another needle to Naruto. I quickly leap infront of him and get stab again on the back. My eye felt heavy. "Sasuke... UCHIHA!" It's Hiro's voice. I will miss that girl's voice. I'm sorry Hiro. For everything. Then darkness welcome me to the unconscious world.

Naruto's pov

Sasuke leap in front of me. He take the hit instead of me. He fallen back and closed his eye. HOW DARE HE?! WHY WOULD HE SAFE ME?! HOW COULD HE HURT HIM LIKE THAT?! WHY AM I SO WEAK?!

I got angry and attacked that boy again. I feel like I was swalled into the darkness. And after I wake up, we're now out of the dome.

- Time Skip -

Gatou are now dead. Most of his henchmen run away. Now there laid Haku and Zabuza. Right after Zabuza launch to gatou, Hiro open the way for Zabuza to approach Gatou. She's been a great help for us and Zabuza.

Kakashi's pov

Hiro wiped out most of Gatou's hench men within few attacks. She's reallu mad right now. I'm sure she's stronger than when she's only trained inside the leaf village. And now, I put Zabuza down beside Haku. Me, Hiro and Naruto gather around Zabuza. Waited for him to take it slow and catch his breath.
