Banner making is pretty simple. All you have to do is follow the rules of cover making, but the banner picture should be long. Make the banner creative though, without ditching the rules I made.
Remember, use my rules as your cover making bible. Live by it!
But anyways, it's pretty laid back. Just do what you think is cool and then you will be a totally awesome banner maker.
