A Dream In A Reality

Chapter 12

"Lily oh my gosh are ok?" I run into the room.
"Audrey I swear I didn't mean for any of this to happen." He was crying. You could tell he loves her
"I believe you. Just go with Colby."
He leaves and lily and I start talking.
"You know Audrey it's your turn next to end up in the hospital. Join the club."
"Very funny. You could have lost your memory or something."
"It's just a concussion I will be fine. I got a massive headache though."
"That's going to come with the concussion sadly"
"Yeah I know. But go back to Colby I'm in better shape than him. I'll be fine."
"Ok I'll talk to you later. Get better or else."

We drove back home and as we walked through the door Colby pulled me down on his lap.
"Audi baby, are you ok? You seemed stressed."
"I'm fine it's just that along has happen this year. Everyone gets so hurt they have to go to the hospital. What if something happens to me next?"
"Baby it won't I promise" he said softly while kissing my forehead.
"How can you be so sure?"
"To be honest I can't but i know no matter what you'll always have me."
I kiss him on the lips.
"You promise?"
He kisses me back
"I promise."
