Christmas Break gone by too fast. We were back in school two weeks ago and now we were all waiting for Harry to figure out the golden egg.

I hurried to my next subject which is Potions. Snape would kill me if I were late again.

"A second late Ms. Evans" Snape hissed glaring at me

"Unbelievable! A second late wouldn't be so bad right?" I groaned plopping down next to Malfoy.

We were brewing a hiccuping potion which I joked about giving some to Snape so he could sounD funyy He heard me and gave me two days worth of detention

"As for your assignment, an essay about effects of a love potion two pieces of parchment. Now off you go" We all gathered our things before leaving the dungeons.

"Good thing Snape favored our house, if not he would've taken away points from us" Draco said beside me I jumped a little

"Why do you have to sneak into me like that you almost gave me a heart attack" I hissed

"Sorry, shall we walk into our next subject?" He asked

"Sure sure. Let's go before McGonagall gets there" I said walking faster. We entered the room there were two seats left. A seat next to a durmstrang guy and next to Pansy. I sat next to the dumstrang guy which to Draco's dismay. But he couldn't argue, McGonagall entered the room.

"Today we're going to study about how to turn humans into animals. Not in a form of an animagus. But before that we won't be risking to turn your classmates into animals, but Ms. Evans will show you how" I looked at Professor McGonagall wide eyed.

"Why me?" I asked her

"Because you're the only student here in this classroom who knows advanced magic. Now please step up here Mavis and get some volunteer" I sighed and went infront of the class

"Alright then! Let's go get this transfiguration done with! You parkinson stand up! You'll be my volunteer" I said smirking.

"Professor! She can't be serious!" Pansy snapped

"She won't hurt you Pansy, she's more experienced than you all know." Pansy huffed before she stood next to me

"Now Mavis try and changing her into an animal" McGonagall instructed

"My pleasure professor" I smiled and at the flick of my wand. Pansy turned into a pug. The class laughed and clapped their hands but I frowned

"Professor, nothing happened to Pansy, she still looks the same" I joked making the class double in laughter. McGonagall glared at me making me laugh and change Pansy back to normal

"Now thank you Mavis for showing the class how it is done. Now turn your books into page 321 and copy the text in it" McGonagall said leaving the class groaning and moaning wanting the excitement to continue.

"That's awesome you did back there! I'm Sevy." The dumstrang guy reached out his hand to shake mine

"Hi there Sevy, pleasure to meet you Mavis." I said shaking his hand

I looked at Draco who was glaring at Sevy before turning back to his desk to jolt down notes

"Your boyfriend glared at us, he must be mad at me" Sevy said sighing

"He's not my boyfriend, he's just a friend" I whispered not wanting McGonagall to hush the both of us

"Then why did he glare at me?" He asked

"He's kinda possessive like. He thinks that he owns me. But don't worry as long as he's under my control he won't be hurting you" I said giving an assuring smile at Sevy
