The Slytherin Prince meets the Slytherin Princess

Chapter 74

"What do you mean you hexed a student?" Sevy said furiously "You shouldn't have done that! We are here to make sure they're safe and not to hex them Audrey" Sevy said furiously

"Yeah yeah, she was snogging him! In the corridors! First and second years would've seen it!" I said defensively

"Well you shouldn't hexed her" He retorted

"What happened in the past already happened drop it Sevy" Gilliane said groaning at the two of us shouting at each other. Sevy just gave me a look before storming away from the corridors

"Excuse me?" A first year hufflepuff said

"Yes babe? What can I help you with?" I asked her

"Can you lead me back to the dungeons? I'm scared my friends are already there" she asked shyly blushing a little

"Well, okay come on Audrey will protect you" I said smiling, she beamed at me before I escorted her to the Dungeons

"What is it like being an auror Audrey?" She asked

"Well, I'm not yet a certified auror, but in my point of view, it's great and exciting but tiring too. I was shocked to know the ministry wanted me but I was so young, I in er Australia back then, living my life as a normal 16 year old wizard before this happened" I told her

"Did you want this job?" She asked again

"Yeah well, this was my dream job you see. I'm grateful to be having this job- oh here we are" I said opening the door to the potions room, Snape looked at the kid before looking at me

"This kid got lost in third floor snapey." I said "Don't go sneering on her yeah?" Snape looked at me in disbelief

"I believe you have no business to meddle with what I do Weasley" I was still not used on being called as Weasley. The advantage of being with the Weasleys was turning around when someone said Weasley

"Well then." I said heading away from the dungeons.

I sighed thinking for something to do, before I came across a brilliant plan in my head

A prank.

I skipped happily to the Ravenclaw tower opening my trunk, gathering few decoy detonators, ton tongue toffees, and puking pastilles. Since I was prepared I brought my old Slytherin uniform and wore it. It felt good wearing something you haven't wore in a long time. I turned my weasley red hair into a blonde one, my brown eyes turning into green eyes, changing my whole appearance. I went out carefully so people wouldn't see me, then happily skipped to the dungeons and back to my old common room

I heard few slytherins saying the password, opening the portrait hole. I smiled when there was no one in sight

"Parsletongue" the portrait door opened, leading me to the Slytherin common room. It was still the same luxurious common room, I've ever imagined, the leather couches weren't occupied so I went there and placed all the candies, then I ticked off the decoy detonators, heading out the common room, I would've stayed for awhile but I didn't want to be seen.

I zoomed to the ladies bathroom morphing back to Audrey then untangled myself in my slytherin robes, walking off like nothing happened. Then I heard screaming and shouting down in the dungeons. I laughed internally walking to the owlery

"Toffy!" I called, my little owl hooted flying over my shoulder affectionately nipping my ear.

"Got any letter from the Weasley twins?" I asked her, she handed her claws. I grabbed the letter reading it

Hey Auds, We just ought to let you know that we'll be going to Hogwarts to watch Quidditch, Slytherins vs. Gryffindors next saturday (yes we're escaping and we told Lee to keep the shop for the day) We'll see you around love! We miss you!

"Oh the usual!" I said chuckling, stuffing the letter in my pocket.

"The usual what?" I turned around to see Malfoy smirking at me

"Usual letters you ninny, now move out of my way gossip king" I told him fiercely

"I am not a gossip king" He hissed, I rolled my eyes bumping into him since he was blocking the exit.

"Audrey!" I saw Jazzy running towards me "You'll be guarding the quidditch pitch tonight when Gryffindors are in training" she informed

"That's great, what will be your duty then?" I asked her

"I'll be guarding Slytherins for tonight. Someone said something was fishy at that house, a detonator exploded awhile ago and everyone was puking and having their tongues swollen"

"Everythings fishy at that house since it's under the black lake, geddit?" I said nudging Jazz' side

"You're worse at joking-" then her eyes widened "You're the one behind the prank in the Slytherin common rooms aren't you?" She asked narrowing his eyes at me

"Course not" I said smiling "Why in the hell would I prank someone when I don't even have pranking products" I told her

"Okay then" She said quite unsure about me before casually walking away.

I sighed, it was pretty boring since The twins are away, I weren't taking classes, and Draco thinks I'm dead and I was just doing nothing.

Dinner time has come to an end, I waited for the Gryffindor quidditch team to join me as I led them to the pitch watching them to practice. It was pretty bad since everyone was shouting and Ron wasn't blocking every single quaffle in sight, he was getting angry until Harry snapped at his best mate.

"Well, don't worry about that, he's much better than McLaggen, merlin that boy!" I said as Harry chuckled

"Pretty good yeah. Ron's pretty good in quidditch but he's only nervous and all, I would like to bang that thick skull of his one time" Harry joked causing the both of us to laugh

"Well, don't do that Harry. Hermione wouldn't be impressed" I said Harry smiled while we waited for the whole Gryffindor team so I can escort them back to the castle safely

"Say Harry, do you fancy Ginny?" I asked him, he looked at me before blushing

"No, I just think of her as my little sister" He said avoiding my gaze

"Is that so?" I said narrowing my eyes at him. He smiled sheepishly

"Well then, I must be off, have to do some patrolling. Goodbye Harry" I said patting his back

"Goodbye Audrey, see you tomorrow" I smiled before walking away. I was destined to patrol into the fifth and sixth floor tonight. Then I saw the same Slytherin first years guarding the halls again

"You two" I said pointing at them " What are you doing here again?" I asked, something was very unusual with these two. If Draco appears to defend them again, something was up

"Nothing" The one said in a bored tone

"Well, I suggest you to go back to your common rooms now" I said firmly

"That's none of your business blood traitor!" The other one snapped causing me to move closer to her, her expression was frightened

"Now now, don't you dare use that tone on me young lady" I said in a low tone

"Let's just go" the other one said hastily dragging her friend down to the dungeons
