The room was filled with tension I didn't know what to say rahim was calm. And that said a lot. Nikita saw and felt the tension radiating off of us, I mean I don't blame her because she didn't know it would be me neither did I know that she would come here.

" where's nessa ? " she asks

" she still sleeping. Come I'll show you her room " we walked upstairs. Opening the door she was sound asleep

" hey I am sorry " I looked at her and gave her a small smile

" it's ok don't worry about it " I assured her but I am the one to be worried Because I don't know what I am about to expect

" I am glad that the woman he chose is you. Your kind and easy going I am sure everyone in the family will no doubt accept and love you and that I have a new sister whom my daughter adores very much " I sobbed and she gave me a hug we stayed at the Same position for few minutes

" go and talk to him I am sure he will understand " if only you knew Nikita

" mummy? " she is awake

" come on baby it's time to go home. Say thank you to auntie rose " she tells her

" but I want to stay with her mummy pwease ? " I touched her hair gently

" next time baby you can stay for the whole week. Today she has things to do ok ? " nessa nodded than they left. It was me and ibrahim.

He wasn't in the living room so I guess he was in his office. My heart was in my stomach, palms were sweating. I pushed the door open and saw him facing the window looking at the magnificent view of New York City.

" why did you lie to me ? " he said before I could utter a word

" I di ..... " he cut me off

" don't say you didn't ! because you did rose. You knew all along and decided to play dumb huh!? " his voice was rising now

" I am sorry. I was going to tell you I swear rahim " I was crying now while fidgeting and he was angry

" don't call me that right now ! " oh My

The next thing I heard was a vase glass smashing against the wall making me scream

" you lied to me rose ! What else are you lying to me about ! " I was sobbing hard

" babe I am sorry I am not lying about anything else please believe  .... "

" just get out! I don't want someone who would see me suffer ! and not care ! " he shouted. I wasn't going to let go easily without a fight

" I did care ! Because I love you! " I shouted back. I fell on my knees and held on to his legs and cried

" please ..... "

" I want to be alone now rose. If you don't mind " I let go of him and looked at him, he was hurt big time but I'll do whatever he wants or says. I walked out of  the office crying so hard, i walked upstairs to our room and fell on the bed let the tears flow until I slept.

I woke and check the time it was 12 am the next day. I slept the entire day, I turned around to look at rahim only to face an empty space I sighed. I went back down he was no where to be found neither in his office.

I asked Matt since he was here he said

" boss went out and he said to not let you out " and him?

" where did he go ? " I ask

" he went over to mark. He should be home soon no worries rose " I nodded

I waited and waited. He never came, Seven in the morning no sign of him.

I went to take a shower, dressed and took a pair of his sweat-pant, a hoodie and a vest. Grabbing my purse while doing all this I was crying. My eyes were puffy from last night. I took a pen and a paper and wrote

' Bébé I am really sorry I didn't mean to lie to you, I was ready to tell you the truth when Nikita walked in. I am sorry know that I love you and I am not lying about nothing else. I am sorry rahim please forgive me ?

a tear fell on sheet, I placed it in his office desk and walked out. It was a big mistake when I stepped out of the penthouse, camera flashes everywhere oh god help me.

I didn't know what to do. A guy came to help me out by calling a taxi for me. I thanked him and ask the driver to drive. I got home where I stayed with the girls they weren't home. I missed them a lot. I went to my room grabbed my suitcase and placed my cloths and essential stuffs inside and walked out. See you guys some time. I took a taxi again to where Valentina lives and go out of the taxi thanking him. The house wasn't big but normal. I took a big Deep breath and knocked on the door.

" I am coming! " she opens the door and gasps

" Roseni bebé come in dear. Are you with Mr De Luca? " she sees my suitcase and understood. She hugged  me then and I sobbed.

She asks me what happened I explained to her about what happened and asked me what I was going to do and I said

" take me to my mother. I want to see her "

" oh dear. Does he know that you're here or going to Brazil? " she asks

" no he doesn't know and it's for the best auntie please. " she accepted and that night we booked our tickets for the earliest flight. Thank God I had saved quiet a lot of money to get through this trip.

At 8 am our flight took off to Rio de Janeiro.

I am educated from high school, graduated with a GPA of 4.0. I mean I was the most wanted student in all universities but ..... But I don't hold a Master, Bsc or a Degree that is fine but maybe ibrahim needs someone who has all that. Someone who's at the same level as he is . And that's not me.
