"Good morning, friend!" bati ng kaibigan ni Gabriella sa kanya. Nasa classroom siya ngayon at nagbabasa lamang ng libro habang ang ibang kaklase naman niya ay nagdadaldalan at nagkukulitan. Hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin niya makalimutan ang nangyari noong isang gabi sa pagpunta nila sa bar na iyon. Lalo na ng makita niya ang lalaking nakatingin sa kanya. She doesn't know what to feel but when he stared at her, she felt shivers run down on her spine. Nakakatakot ang tingin nito sa kanya but somehow the way he looked at her, he doesn't want to hurt her.
"Uy!" Yvette poked her on her shoulder that caused her to snap out of her thoughts. "Are you akay, Ella? Tulala ka diyan ah. May problema ka ba?"
"I'm fine." she forced a smile on her face. "Anyway, how are you?"
Yvette sat down in the available chair next to her. "I'm fine! Teka, paano mo nga pala ako nadala sa bahay? You know I'm too heavy to carry, right?" tanong nito sa kanya. "May nakilala ka ring bang type mo doon?"
Ella rolled her eyes. "You know I don't have time for that, Yvette." sagot nito sa kanya. "And as for your question, I asked someone to help me find you. And I'm sure you remembered a guy carrying you, right? Hindi naman talaga kita kayang buhatin dahil sa sorang bigat mo."
Ngumit ang kaibigan nito sa kanya. "I knew it! Alam kong hindi mo ako papabayaan. And I also want to thank you for covering me up from my parents. If they will find out that we went to that bar, I'm sure I'll be grounded not just for weeks but months!"
Ella chuckled. "Well, I love you, friend."
"I love you too, beshie!"
Its already lunch time at ngayon ay nakapila sila para bumili ng pagkain. During their discussion, Ella can't focus. His eyes kept hunting her again. Ilang beses na niyang sinampal ang sarili niya but she can't still forget him. Hanggang sa pagkuha nila ng pagkain at ngayon na nakaupo na sa table hindi pa rin niya ito makalimutan. Then, that bar also made her thought what mystery lies in there.
"Yvette, saan ka ba nagpunta nung nasa bar tayo?" her friend looked at her confusedly. "I mean bigla ka nalang kasing nawala na parang bula. I'm just curious to know what happened but if you don't want to tell me it's okay."
Umiling ang kaibigan niya. "It's fine sa totoo rin lang hindi ko nga alam ang nangyari. But I remembered before I passed out, a guy offered me a drink then I accepted it. We talked and danced tapos bigla na lamang akong nahilo then everything went black."
"Seriously? As in you don't remember anything?" ulit na tanong nito.
