I fell asleep shortly after laying down. But unfortunately it wasn't for long, I woke up to the sound of metal. I stood up "Erza...wake up" she woke up and requipped a sword "what is it?" "Gergion...she's near" she groaned "how many of these guys have we handled?" I shrugged "four I guess" I heard a roar which sounded like metal rubbing metal "come on we have to move quickly otherwise she'll get us first" the three of us took off running towards the sound of the beast. I ducked down and peered through a bush, Erza came beside me and peered through as well "she's a dragon?" I chuckled "no...she's a beast that uses armour and weapons to disguise herself as a dragon" she looked at me "why does she do that?" I sighed "dragons are the most feared...and the most rare she's adapted to that fact and has built her survival upon it" I turned to her "listen Erza...stay back from this fight and I mean it...this one is mine alone" she nodded. I leaned forward and kissed her on the lips before running off leaving her shocked. I smirked 'job well done'
