=Laurance=

Aph: hey sorry.

Laur: why'd you walk away?

Aph: because it was a lot to take in, I'm sorry. I should've said something.

Laur: you don't have to be sorry.

Aph: okay. I have a question though.

Laur: what's up?

Aph: even though you're getting beaten up, why do you still try to talk to me?
Delivered.

I sighed not wanting to reply.

The reason why I still try to talk to her is because she makes me smile. She makes me laugh.

And not a lot of people have that effect on me.

I don't know what it is about her but.

She's different.

In a good way.

She doesn't swoon over Garroth, she doesn't let people push her around, she knows how Aaron them work, she's kind hearted and she has looks.

I wonder how many guys are falling for her right now.

Or how many guys are wanting her number.

I realized that I was clenching my fists at the thought.

I'm not jealous am I?

I can't be.

I never get jealous at anything.

I shook my head and ran my fingers through my hair. This was a little bit stressful.

I picked my phone back up to find that Aphmau texted me three times.

Aph: Laurance?

Aph: hello?

Aph: you can't just do that.

I sighed and started typing.

Laur: I still try to talk to you because you stayed.

Aph: ?

Laur: because you stayed. You didn't leave. People tend to do that to me. You're one of the very few good friends I have. You also made me laugh and smile which I don't do often. Very little people have that effect on me. Especially girls. You know?

Aph: oh.
Aph: thank you Laurance.

Laur: it should be me thanking you Aphmau.

I fell back onto my bed smiling.

But why was I?

"This class is boring." Aphmau said tucking her hair behind her ear.

"I thought you love art?" I said like a question.

She giggled. "Yes I do, but I feel like it's becoming a routine."

I furrowed my eyebrows.

She sighed. "We do different subjects. Yes I know that but I feel like everything's just becoming a habit, a routine. In art, everything's different and that's the beauty about it." She said scribbling something onto the paper.

I nodded. "That's true."

"What are you drawing?" She asked peering over my paper.
