For a second, I was fooled. I thought I had you. We laughed together, cried together at 2am, and there weren't any seconds that were forced or weird between us. I would think of you from the moment I woke up to the moment I went into deep sleep. Heck, even my dreams were about you. Everytime you spoke to me I had a burning feeling inside that felt like I was on top of the world; I wanted nothing more to be with you through everything. I thought nothing could go wrong, I thought the feelings were mutual. But there again I was wrong. You left with no notice, tearing every ounce of happiness I had. Still to this day you're on my mind, though I'm not sure I was even on yours to begin with. // excerpt from a story I'll never write #6
