I have been homeless for about 4, maybe 5, months now. My parents were being completely serious about me "changing my sexuality" and to this day, I still won't believe they did something like this.
The only way I am still alive is by going into the rich neighbors and asking if any of them have any work to be done. Some could tell I was homeless so they laughed in my face and shut the door. Other found out a few days later and kicked me right out. I was fine with it because I got paid daily. The most I've made from doing this so far is $76
I sighed before walking up to a, surprisingly, not gated house. The drive thru was huge yet there wasn't a car in sight. I walked up to the door and made myself look presentable before knocking.
A few moments later, a very handsome guy opens up. He looked me up and down, but before I could even say anything, he started talking.
"Ah! You must be Jordan? Mike's friend?" He asked with a smile.
I tilted my head in confusion before taking a second to think. Maybe if I told him I was this Mike person's friend he'd let me live here for a while? Maybe eat a real meal? Or maybe I could steal some money and be on my way. Hmm. Decisions, decisions.
I nodded before he pulled me inside. Obviously this must be a good thing right? I could just live here for a while until this real Jordan person comes here But who cares? All I know is that I've got air conditioning and, hopefully, food and that's is the best thing I've had in a while.
I walked into his house staring in awe. I didn't want him to think I wasn't rich so I quickly bought my gaze back to him.
"Thanks for letting me in, Mike told me you might've not been home." I told him with the most friendliest smile I could muster up.
"Ah it's no problem at all," He replied sweetly. "Are you hungry? I know airplanes have really shitty food sometimes. Unless you took your jet?"
"No, I didn't take my jet this time." I told him quickly shutting down that idea so he could feed me already.
"Hm, so you are hungry?" He asked. I nodded
"Follow me." He told me before giving me a smile and walking forward.
