"Er-um, no, but thanks anyway," I smirked as I thought about riding to school in that slick car,but the next day just walking to school.
"Are you sure? If you just walk, you'll miss breakfast and be late for school, but if you take a taxi you'll still miss breakfast, but at least you won't be late for school."
"Hmm, well-no,no I'm sorry,but I don't even know you," as I said this, I began to walk over to the cross walk. And the car drove away.
When school was out Xena began to head home but as she headed toward the blacktop, "Xena STOP, CAR!"
SCREEECH!!!
The car swerved and wacked my sholder and I fell to the blacktop.
