If you have your period during school it could be a disaster if you aren't prepared.
Always keep pads or tampons in your locker. In you locker on the shelf (if you have a shelf) keep a small to medium sized box to store pads and tampons in. Go to your locker and get your pad or tampon from your locker before you go to the bathroom. This will be a discreet way to have pads or tampons in your locker.
The pads I recommend using at school are overnight pads. They absorb ten times their own weight. This will ensure that you don't leak. I would recommend that you change your pad when you go to lunch and after school.
Use super strength tampons if you have to. I choose to avoid them just because pads are easier.
There are a lot of ways to make sure that you have an idea of what day you will have your period. You can use the calender method or you can use an app. I use Clue. It is my personal preference. No I was not paid to say that.
