Of course chemistry seemed like it took ages.

Even though Maggie, Eric and Alex were there it took forever.

The only thing I was thinking about was how lucky I was to drive my car than go on one of the dingy old bus's with there old bus drivers.

And I had a cranky bus driver.

So you can tell why I got a car immediately.

Bus drivers.

These are the weird things I do when I'm in a boring class....

Ya it's weird.

Right after from class we have lunch.

Alex sits by me with Maggie and Eric, we were all laughing and talking about Miley Cyrus and blah blah blah.

Me and my friends are weird.

I laugh as they go on and as I walk to the garbage can they still go on and on of what happened to her and Disney and la te da.

But guess who I had to meet at the garbage can.

You'll guess by now.

Abigail.

She gave me a death look and chucked her garbage at me.

All her wrappers and crap go all over me, she then trips me and makes me hit straight forward onto the floor.

She then finishes it with a kick to my ribs and walks of.

The pain I was in was

extraordinary.

Every move I made hurt my stomach area.

She kicked really hard, she must've broken one of my ribs.

I see Alex running towards me.

He scoops me up into his arms and takes me to the nurse...

That was all I remembered until I blacked out.

Alex's POV

She was hurt.

How could I not see her get hurt.

I could've saved her.

I need to ask her though, tell her how I feel..

That.. Ill protect her.

I can tell she feels the same way.

I can just tell it... it's very hard to explain.....

When I was explaining to the nurse she didn't believe me.

She just said Abigail was a nice girl and would never do that.

So you know what I did?

I walked out of the school and took Riley to the hospital.

She was in pain and I couldn't see her in that way.

So I did the right thing.

😁Hours later😁

The doctor walks in.

I know how this procedure goes.. the doctor comes in, tells you what's wrong and either lets you see your loved one or makes you wait awhile.

I stand up as he walks in.

"Is she okay?" I say

The doctor looks at me with a warm smile.

"Yes, she's fine she broke one of her ribs but she'll be fine, you can see her right now if you want."

He says.

The doctor had a really deep voice... deeper than mine and mine was pretty deep.

I switch back to reality and thank him.

I run to where her room was.. 216.

I need to tell her now... I hope she says yes.

Riley's POV

My lungs hurt like crazy.

How did I end up here anyway...

Did Alex take me?

It would only make sense if he did.

He did save me...

My hero.

I giggle but stop since the pain was intolerable.

All of a sudden Alex bursts into the room, he looked at me with happy eyes and came up to me and hugged me.

He was so warm. It felt good to be in someone's arms for once.

He let go of me and we both stared into each others eyes for what seemed like eternity.

"Hey." I say.

He smiles at me.

"Hey"

"Thanks for saving me" I say

He chuckles at me.

"Anything for my Ry."

Just him saying that made me feel butterflies.

He came up close to me only inches away.

My heart sped up and he asked me the weirdest question, all so the most out of the blue question.

"I know this is early.. but even though I just met you about 3 days ago I'm in love with you.

I can't understand the feelings I get around you. Your just perfect and I need you in my life...

So. "

My hearts going a thousand beats a minute and my stomach fills with butterflies.

"Wil- Will you be my girlfriend?"

Hmm.. 2 is better than 1 right?

I smile at him. "until you prove it"

He looked confused at first but suddenly understood he cupped his hands around my face and kissed me.

My first kiss.

In a hospital.

He still made it perfect.

At that moment I made my choice.

He pulled away and looked at me waiting for a answer.

I smile at him.

"Yes, I will be your girlfriend."
