The Truth, Part 1.

The next few days.

At the high school.

Riley's POV

I walk towards the hallway with Eric on crutches and Maggie skipping happily behind me.

I walk in the hallway searching for my Alex when I see something I have never wanted to see in my whole life.

No. no. no. no. no. no.

This isn't real life this isn't happening.

I fall on my knees and put my hands over my face and begin to cry.

No. This isn't my Alex.

Abigail had Alex on a locker, and was practically kissing his face off.

Eric was in shock and was trying to make me feel better while Maggie, my Maggie, was pulling Abigail away from him and slapped her straight crossed the face. Alex was looking at me the whole time silently having tears escaping from his eyes.

This can't be real life.

I pick myself up and run out of the high school. As I'm running Alex screams my name.

"RILEY!"

*The days before.*

Riley's POV

I gasped as Eric came out of his hospital room with crutches.

"Eric!" I yell and rush up to him to give him a big hug.

Eric laughs at me and gives me a friendly kiss on my forehead.

In the corner of my eye I can see Alex freak out a little from it.

Ugh, he can be such a baby at times.

I let go of Eric and Maggie comes running up behind me.

"ERIC!" Maggie screams.

Eric try's to back up with his crutches but it was no use, Maggie came at full speed and hugged the living day lights out of him.

Only my crazy, food taking, Maggie.

Eric laughs at Maggie and try's to get his balance back on his crutches.

"Wanna go out to eat?" Alex asks.

I hop up and down and scream, "YES!"

Alex and Eric laugh at me while Maggie was hopping up and down with me.

At least I have a best friend who can understand my love for food.

We run out of the room and go to, you guessed it, McDonald's.

*hours pasted.*

"Ugh, I am SO FULL!" I yell as we get out f McDonald's.

Alex laughs at me and wraps his arm around my waist.

Eric hops along begin us on his crutches while Maggie is blabbing along about something with her new boyfriend.

And no, she has not told me about any of this.

Ill have to find out.

I rush to the car and hop into the drivers seat.

Yes, I have my license.

No, I will not kill anyone.

Oh gosh this will be a long drive.
