I was currently in the middle of the fighting ring. Kai literally forced me and Tanner to train together. Like actually physically forced us by grabbing our small frames and throwing us into the ring effortlessly. Tanner had a confident smirk on his face whilst I was just stood there trying to figure out his first move, I didn't even know mine yet.

"Don't worry sis, I'll go easy on you" Tanner mocked, I scoffed and replied by sending my middle finger his way

"No need" I spat, and with that I sent my fist flying into his gut leading to an exhausting intense fighting session

I managed to block a few of his punches and kicks and he did the same with mine. This fight was getting pretty boring so I decided to stir it up a bit. I plastered on a smirk and walked towards him slowly. The training centre began to fill up with the usual other gangs that would either learn from our training or just train themselves.

"So Tanner," I began, his eyebrows furrowed together in confusion as he tried to work out exactly what it was that I was doing "I've noticed you're getting weaker"

Tanner looked furious with my comment, "I know what you're trying to do and it's not working" He smirked once he figured out my method to distract him

Shit.

"Ugh Kai can we stop, I don't see the point!" I groaned and slumped down onto the cold mat beneath me

Kai appeared round the corner and made his way towards the ring, "Lilly that's not an option, you're working tonight" He argued

"So? It's not like we're learning anything" I hissed

"Lilly stop being so uptight, you need to be focused" He huffed, and on that note disappeared back round the corner

"Hey I have an idea!" Tanner chirped suddenly, I sat up and turned my focus to him gesturing for him to continue

"Follow me" Was all he said before jumping out of the ring and strutting towards a metal door, me cautiously following on behind him like a lost puppy

++++

"No!" I demanded

"Oh come on" Tanner whined, jerking my arm and clutching onto it behind him tightly

"I am not attacking you with that!" I shouted in annoyance, gesturing to the sharp object he was tampering with

"No not me you idiot, someone else-" He began

"I'm not attacking anyone Tanner" I cut in, stomping my foot on the ground like a toddler

"You're such an idiot Lilly, I mean Ryan! He can teach us the tactics anyway what's fighting gunna do, we know everything we need to anyway" He persuaded, pouting like a child.

The kid had a point.

"Fine" I mumbled, Tanner grinned mischievously

"I'll be right back" He beamed and ran out of door leaving me in an empty room alone filled with life ending guns and weapons

I took in my surroundings. The room was big, maybe the size of an average classroom, the walls consisted of huge mirrors on one side and the others had closets, hangers and shelves filled with deadly weapons. Suddenly the door swung open and in came Tanner followed by Ryan.

"What is it Tanner?" Ryan moaned, his eyes flashed with concern once they met mine

"We need you to teach us the basics of attacking with weapons" Tanner cheered earning an eye roll from me

Ryan burst out into fits of laughter whilst Tanner stood there emotionless, his fist clenched and jaw locked tightly.

"Oh you're serious?" Ryan looked up and met his gaze, Tanner let out and annoyed huff and nodded

"Well what about you?" Ryan questioned, pointing his figure at me

"Uh I guess we should learn at some point-" I hesitated while Tanner cut me off

"Besides, it's not like fighting with the same strategies does us any favours!" Tanner basically shouted

"Well," Ryan smirked "let's get started on the basics" he walked over to a long knife and held it in his hands looking down at it in awe whilst Tanner mimicked his actions and I just stood there looking back and fourth between them and the knife.

I am so going to regret this.
