Dippers POV

I woke up with a start, in a white room with white counters and white doors on a white bed.

Am I...dead?

No Pinetree. More simple. You broke your leg! HaHaAHAHAHA!

From when I fell to make the deal wi--

My thoughts were cut off by a cheery voice.

"OH MY GOD!" I cringed at 'god'.

"HE'S AWAKE!"

I knew that voice. "M-Mabel?" His own voice was weak.

"Dip! I thought you were hurt more than you are! Your doc said you had a broken leg and it's going to take a bit to heal."

"Broken L-leg?" Dipper had broken both his legs before from bullies back in Piedmont. Also a rib, his right arm, and his left index finger.

Good at getting hurt, are you?

Shut up Bill. I might never let you go.

We had a deal.

If I die its fulfilled.

Damn you Pinetree. Damn you.

"--Dip? Are you even listening to me?"

"Uh, yeah...?"

"No, you're not. What's gotten in to you?"

More like what's trying to leave.

"One sec Sho---I mean, sis. Mabes."

Bill! Can I tell her PLEASE!!!!??!?

Fine. Be desperate Pinetree. Tell the Star.

He didn't thank the demon in his head.

I motioned for Mabel to come closer.

"Bill, he's in my head. I can let him go if I want to. For now he's powerless except through me."

"How hard did you hit your head?" Mabel asked.

"He is in there."

Bill. Do you want the one minute now?

Whenever Pinetree. I'm just waiting.

Yeah, well, be ready.

I have been ready since we made the deal, Pinetree.

"I can prove it."

Really, kid?

"How?" Mabel questioned.

Haven't you already explained this to her?

"I'll let him in control for a minute then he'll leave."

Finally.

"Dipper, don't!"

But it was already too late. Bill was in control.

"Hey Shooting Star! Woah, meatsacks seem to always have two eyes! They're DELUXE! Ahahahaha!"

"We meet again Bipper."

"So we do."

"What do you want this time?"

"Nothing, only to go! Time to leave this dumb vessel! See ya Shooting Star!"

And with that, the yellow glow dissipated from Dipper's eyes.

"Dip?"

"Mabes?"

Mabel hugged Dipper.

"Pat pat," they said at the same time.

Then Mabel cried out. "Ouch!"

"Wha-" I said. "Oh. Sorry sis."

I had realized my hand had caught blue flame and shook it through the air.

It didn't go out.

Since I had awoken the doctors were going to come soon.

Well crap.
