How he proposes Others

Thranduil- he brings you into a private rose garden and he has a few musicians playing a romantic song in the background and slow dances with you. At the end he plucks out a rose that has a ring on it and pops the question.

Elrond- he decided that it would be fun for the two of you to go out and go horseback riding for awhile and then have a romantic dinner which ended with you crying over the fact that he put so much thought into asking you to marry him

Haldir- he gets the day off so he could spend the entire day with you. He takes you on a long walk and shows you different places such as where you first meet and had your first date. When he finally takes your guys favorite spot that is a bit secluded he pops the question.

Bard- (everyone is living in dale) He takes you out onto the lake on a small barge with one of those lantern things that release into the air (like in tangled). You guys have a picnic dinner and watch the sunset. When it becomes dark you guys release the lantern and he says that he hopes that he can spend countless nights like this in the future with you but as a married couple.
