it's so cold. i must've fallen asleep last night so quick cause i don't remember falling asleep to be honest. i just remember my stupid clumsy self falling into water and josh having to pick me up, i mean it felt good being in his arms and i still am.
i opened my eyes to see pink haired guy sleep beside me, he had his arms tightly around me like he was protecting me not just keeping me warm. he looks so peaceful right now. i slowly touched his face as gently as possible not to wake him up and then i realized i'm not in my jacket as soon as i saw my arms. i mean, it was dark last night he probably didn't see scars. i slowly reached for my jacket and started putting it on, god please don't wake him up please don't wake him u-
"what are you doing?" his morning voice sounds good.
"i um nowhere" i put my jacket on and lied back down.
"are you cold?"
"yes,and you?"
"no,did you know you're pretty warm?like you kept me warm whole night." he laughed a bit and so did i.
"i didn't know that" i looked into his eyes. "i'm glad i did" he's either acting like he didn't see it or he really hasn't.
"come here" he pulled me closer and i was fully against him so i just buried my head in his neck and closed my eyes listening to birds sing.
"it's nice here,thank you for bringing me here" i whispered.
"it can be our safe place" he whispered back.
"really!?" i lifted my face in a cheerful childish way.
he smiled for a moment before saying "yes,really".
"so whenever i feel like world is too small and i'm scared i can come here and you will wait for me?"
"always" he put his pinky out. "but only if you will wait for me too when i'm scared"
i never felt such feeling rush through my body it made my heart feel weird and my stomach area too, i felt it boil up from my legs up to my chest. "i'll always wait for u" i took his pinky with mine.
/josh's pov/
the truth is i get scared, i get attacks, i feel alone and i just need a home. no i don't mean home like my house, i already have that, i mean home. where i feel safe and i know no one's gonna hurt me there. i think that home might be this forest and this little boy beside me holding my pinky. god please let this be it.
i slowly lifted him up as i got up myself and grabbed stuff i brought which is actually just two blankets so me and tyler got out of forest and i walked him home. well not really into his home cause he was with me all night and he forgot to tell his parents so it won't be good idea if i showed up with their son. oh yeah, i couldn't ask him for cuts, i will respect him.
"i think i should go back from here" i said.
"yes there's my house" he pointed.
"are u gonna be in trouble?"
"maybe,maybe not" he smiled at me and i couldn't help but hug him.
"just be careful not to slip on ur stairs" i ruined his hair.
"hey!!" he laughed and hit me playfully.
"sorry queen"
"stop calling me that" he chuckled.
"please don't make me"
"fine jishwa" he got a bit on his toes just a bit and kissed my cheek before running to his house i didn't even get chance to say anything but that's okay because i got pretty lost at sight of him.
/tyler's pov/
i walked inside my house as quietly as i could. it's early and i'm hoping to get into my room before anyone notices me. i walked quietly upstairs but they're kinda old and it made noise whenever i stepped on them giving me a little anxiety i felt like a thief in my own home.
"tyler where were you?" i stopped without turning around.
"mom i uh" i didn't know what to say, truth?i don't think so.
"you're not getting yourself into troubles?"
"no mom i was just with a friend" i turned around to her.
"tyler i'm worried who is your friend?"
"mom i'm fine!" i yelled it out kinda.
"keep it down! you'll wake everyone up!"
i lowered my tone. "i'm fine mom"
"are you hungry?" she still seemed worried. why doesn't she believe me?i'm not lying.
"no,i'll be in my room" i turned around and stormed to my room but closed the door as quietly as i could, then just dropped myself on bed and thought about josh.i'm afraid he probably saw my scars even tho it was dark. he seems scared too he seems like he has scars too I'm just not sure where but i will find out,after all that forest is our home now.

i placed pen on my lips while thinking and looking through window.the sun was just rising and look i made it through another night.thank you josh.
i felt a slight feeling of needle coming into my skin on my right arm. it isn't a hard stab of needle it's more like just thin needles not huge ones. i've talked to doctors about it because mom had to bring it up to them but they don't know where its coming from. i just feel it from time to time.

"tonight at 9,, see ya jishwa" i put my phone away and threw myself on bed. i've never had a boy come over so late and plus behind my parent's back but it feels so good. i feel like something might happen tonight.
