chapter 13 {revised}

Daniel's pov

hurt couldn't explain the way i felt at this moment pained couldn't explain what it feels like

to have your mate not want you to touch her

for your mate to be frightened of you

i reached out for her but she flinched away from me and i completely froze my wolf growling on the inside the want to hold and comfort her was strong, stronger then the bond i had with my pack and that was a strong bond

"Nova please" i started but she shook her head

"p-please leave" she said quietly

my heart stopped she clutched her stomach where she had started bleeding again i growled lowly and she shrank down a little tears flowing down her cheeks

"no Nova i----"

"please Daniel" she said quietly

i whined hoping to change her mind but it was not so, she had seen the beast in me i had raised my paw against her and as she shook her head and asked me to once again leave i saw there was no changing she mind so up i stood and left the room with a heavy heart. Amy walked back in

"i told you Daniel" she whispered closing the door behind her

i just stood there staring at the laminate flooring whining to myself before i slowly made my way out of the infirmary to the pack house up to ou-- my room seeing as my little mate may not be sharing with me anymore i stripped down into my boxers before laying down and closing my eyes knowing all to well that i wouldn't get any sleep not without my Nova i rolled over until my nose was pressed into something familiar smelling i opened my eyes

my wolf took control of my tired mind and wrapped my arms around the pillow pushing my face into it allowing me to drift off into a peaceful sleep
