Marinette POV:
I froze as Adrien ran down the steps. Suddenly I called,"Adrien!"
I shot up from chair. I ran down the stairs. "Marinette, I have to go." He kept walking.
"You can't do that! You can't kiss a girl and then leave!" I shouted.
Then I saw her. Alya was walking through the bakery door. "I'm sorry. What?" Alya asked.
I grabbed Adrien's hand and dragged him up stairs. I pushed him into the bathroom and locked the door. "Marinette I - " Adrien started to walk to the door.
"No. Until Alya leaves we'll work on the project" I interrupted.
Adrien sighed and sat on the floor. I did the same and inhaled sharply. I glanced at Adrien and saw a smirk plastered on his face. "What?" I smiled.a
"You never answered my question. And now you have too," He answered.
"W-what q-question?" I stuttered.
"Do you like anyone?" He pulled out his notebook.
Yes.
"Let's just start."
"Come on."
You.
"No. Let's just work."
"Marinette. You can trust me."
I love you Adrien.
"Just drop it okay?"
"Fine."
"Great now - "
"Marinette Dupain -Cheng open this freaking door!" Alya barked.
We both stood up.I pushed Adrien into the tub and tripped over absolutely nothing. I fell on top of Adrien, our faces centimeters apart, as the bathroom door flung open.
