• INTHECONTROLROOM •
After dismissing Owen Grady from the control room, Claire Dearing goes back to looking at the screen. After the conversation (or what it was) with Zach on the phone, Claire worried for her nephews.
“Are there anymore gyrospheres left in the Valley?” Claire asks, leaning over Lowery’s shoulder.
“No, they’re all accounted it for,” Lowery insists calmly. “It’s my job. What? There’s one in the field.”
Claire turns her attention to Vivian. “Send a team of rangers. Bring them in.”
Vivian fulfills her request. “Security, we need a search and rescue in the Valley.”
“It’s gonnabeawhile,” a security guard replies. “We’ve gotour hands fullsouthere.”
Claire hastily picks up the phone on Vivian’s desk. “No, no, no, no, no. There are two guests missing! You need to make this your top priority!”
“Just do it, man.” Lowery mumbles, shaking his head.
“There’s alotofguestsmissing. We’re doingthebestwecan.” the security guard says.
“Okay. Fine. I’ll do it myself.” Claire puts the phone back in its rightful place. She looks at the screen to see Owen yelling at someone. She needs his help.

“Claire!” Owen yells over the loud chatter of the confused crowd.
“I need you,” the redhead pants when she reaches him. “I need your help.”
He nods. “Okay.”
“My nephews,” Dearing begins explaining, “they’re out in the Valley. Please, if anything happens to them...” Claire trails off.
Owen looks around before pulling her of to the side. “How old?”
Claire nods frantically. “Um, the older one, he’s high school age. The younger one, he’s, erm, a few years younger...” she trails off again.
Owen squints at her. “You don’t know how old your nephews are?”

• BACKINTHEGYROSPHERE •
The gyrosphere enters the small forrest. While Zach thinks it would be a great idea to not go back to the park, Gray was against it. Reagan wanted no part in it, so she stays quiet.
“No, no,” Gray protests as they continue on throughout the green area. “Bad idea. Bad idea!”
“Great idea.” Zach encounters. Reagan rolls her eyes at the teen’s ignorance and stupidity. It was still unclear as to why the older Mitchell thought that going against park rules and demands was a “great idea.” It was utterly ridiculous and downright dangerous. And because he’s the older sibling, it makes his decision even worse.
"No! We’re gonna get arrested. They’ll shave our heads, and we’re gonna have to make root beer in the toilet.”
“What are you talking about, Gray?” the honey-haired girl asks. Gray was a very intelligent boy, but that has to be one of the dumbest things he’s ever said. Gray doesn’t answer, and they continue on. Only seconds later, they come across four Ankylosaurses.
Zach motions a hand towards them. “You see? I told you. Up close and personal with four, dinosaurses.”
“Ankylosaurs,” Reagan corrects, making Zach glare at her playfully. She sticks her tongue out. “We shouldn‘t be here.”
“And there’s five dinosaurs.” Gray states.
Reagan is confused by his statement. As she turns to ask him what he’s talking about, she sees a figure standing behind the gyrosphere. Her breath hitches and she stays still.
“Aren’t you supposed to be a genius or something?” Zach retorts, annoyed. “Look—” he points at the dinosaurs as he counts, “—one, two, three, four.”
The frightened honey-haired girl lifts a shaky hand and points at the figure that is standing behind them. “Five.”
Zach takes notice of it, and they all slowly turn around. Once they get a good view, it roars loudly. Reagan stares with wide eyes.
“Go, go, go!” Gray screams at his older brother.
“Shit!” Zach grabs the lever that controls the gyrosphere and pushes it forward. One of the Ankylosaurses roars at the bigger dino. It’s tail slams against the gyrosphere, causing it to spin around. Gray screams loudly while Reagan does the same.
“Hold it together, guys!” Zach yells over the commotion. The two continue screaming.
Their only source of protection collides with a tree, rolling, and turning upside down. Reagan nearly falls out of Zach’s lap, but he keeps a tight grip on her waist. Her honey blonde hair falls in front of her face, blocking her view. She could hear the fight between the two dinosaurs, but it soon suddenly went quiet.
“We’re safe in here, right?” Gray whispers.
“Yeah.” Zach reassures. “Totally safe.”
Reagan soon feels the blood rushing to her head. Her vision becomes blurry, and she feels lightheaded. Her hearing is fuzzy as well. Then, the gyrosphere began to buzz.
“What is that?” she asks woozily.
“M–my phone,” Zach gasps. “It’s gonna get the dinosaur’s attention. Rea, can you get it?”
“I–I can’t see anything,” she stutters. “There’s too much blood rushing to my head. My vision’s pretty blurry.”
Zach attempts to reach for his phone while keeping his grip on Reagan. She hears Gray gasp. “Zach.”
“I almost got it.”
“Zach?”
“Yeah?"
“Look.”
“What?” Reagan moves her head as much as she can and blinks a few times to clear her vision. All she could make out was the figure that was behind them earlier. She takes deep, quiet breathes. It stands up and moves away. The gyrosphere begins to roll forwards. Reagan’s vision comes back slowly. She puts her hands on top of Zach’s. She recognized it. It was the new asset.
The Indominus pokes it's claw through the gyrosphere, moving it a bit more. They were soon face-to-face with it. There was nothing but the sound of heavy breathing and the creaking of the gyrosphere.
